Heating: energy-efficient heat pump (with radiators as an option) You also pay CZK 5/kWh for electricity from the grid; electricity from photovoltaics is free. Basement: infrared sauna (for 4 people) + shower, billiard room. Outdoor hot tub for up to 7 people (must be booked 1 day in advance). the building is fenced.

The cottage is suitable for both people looking for movement and for those who want peace and privacy. A little behind the cottage begins the forest, across the street flows the Vltava River. The Inge boat rental is only a few hundred meters away. The bike path is right in front of the house. You can enjoy swimming in Lipno in 30 minutes by car. You can also climb the highest mountain of Šumava - Plechý. You can also reach the starting points within 30 minutes. In winter there is the possibility of several ski resorts. Lipno, Horní Vltavice or the beautiful Mitterdorf.
