We had an excellent stay. The value for money is unbeatable and the perfect location, close to downtown and with easy access to everything. The place was spotless and very well kept. The hosts were very attentive and helpful, always willing to help with recommendations and anything we needed, especially Guille. We definitely recommend it 100% and, without thinking about it, we would stay there again.

First of all, the apartment is very comfortable, and easy to enter, since the service staff is very friendly and facilitate everything when arriving. Diego responds very quickly, and I appreciate you guiding us with some activities that we did in our stay. The surroundings of the apartment is very quiet and with beautiful views. In the vicinity there are very good restaurants. I would definitely be back next time.

This place was perfect for us! We loved everything about it, but mainly the amazing view and the peaceful, relaxing vibe. Host was friendly and responsive, greqt communication all around. We are definitely coming back! :)

We stayed with my husband and our 6 month old daughter for a week. The apartment is very nice, with an amazing view. It is very well equipped, from kitchen utensils, books to read in several languages, game magazine, cards and smart TV to watch series (although with the view and the city is not necessary). Both Angélica and Stefano were attentive to our stay being comfortable and pleasant, they always responded kindly and quickly. We will definitely come back and recommend them!

Super private accommodation and with a beautiful environment, lots of vegetation, where you permanently listen to the nearby river and the birds. It is recommended to bring food, in the sector it is a little far away from business, in the same way the cabin has contacts to call directly and buy several things. Regarding the hosts, very attentive and kind. I highly recommend this place.

We had a great 5 nights. It is a gated complex with 4 cabanas overlooking the Huapi in the neighborhood of Las Victorias. The cabin was spacious and comfy. The kitchen is quite large with everything you need. The spacious living room with lake view. The full bathroom, we had an inconvenience with the shower faucet and Sergio was able to change it and solve it next day. The room is on a mezzanine also overlooking the lake. Each cabin has its own chulengo to be able to make asado. In the garden in front of the cabin there were two lounge chairs to be able to appreciate the view of the lake. It has parking inside the property. It has a pool and access to the Huapi beach in front of the cottage. They accept pets for an extra fee, we went with our puppy sachicha who passed it incredible. In the nearest cabin by luck there was no one. Had there been people, you are quite glued. In conclusion, we had a great time and Sergio is a very nice and predisposed host. The internet went great.

Excellent service, highly recommended, Cristian is a 7, the house is beautiful and the condominium is really nice, close to the village, you can walk there in 7 minutes, with all the amenities, it's like being at home.

It was undoubtedly the best stay I could have chosen, the place with a wonderful view of the lake, the environment, the security and Mrs. Nancy is the best host we have met with my family, loving, attentive, good person, always available for everything you require and it is a good stay. It is a safe place for children and that they can enjoy quietly. We will definitely be back here.

beautiful apartment, very safe is the condo. there are good swimming pools, tennis court. the best thing is the visit to the sea of dichato just meters away . on foot you can go to restorant that are by the sea and very tasteful and priced. in short, we are super happy about what lived there. The host is a 7.

Everything is good, nice place, very good facilities, easy to get to, you can walk to any downtown location. Just one thing, it's close to a wetland and at night if you don't have the terrace closed, it's impossible to be there because of the mosquitoes.

One of the best Airbnbs we have been in! Would definitely recommend!! The place is incredible and has the best location (outside of but still close to the busy city center). Rodolfo and his wife are very nice, responsive and have many tips for tips and activities in the area!

A nice tiny house in a beautiful setting with access to the river. Jorge a 7, gave us recommendations for places to visit in the area, kindly explained how the houses worked and everything related to the village, its composting system and dry toilets. Note that these last two things are very important, if you are not familiar with them it is better to ask beforehand. Recommended stay.

We spent 10 days at Patricio's house. We were 9 people and we were always very comfortable. The view of Lake Neltume is second to none. Rich terrace to share as a family, beautiful gardens, ample space to leave the cars. Access to the lake and above all a lot of tranquility. There are many things to visit in the surroundings, such as the Huilo Huilo Biological Reserve (different portals that offer self-guided activities), Puerto Fuy, Lago Pirihueico. Also Panguipulli, the Mocho Choshuenco National Reserve, among many other attractions. I 100% recommend Patricio's house for large groups and for those looking for tranquility and privacy.

Really wonderful, the view it has is mind-blowing, they touched us beautiful and sunny days. Mariela and Wilson attended us wonderfully, they leased us a kayak where we enjoyed a beautiful day on the lake, we walked by the lake in kayak and we were surprised by the views (especially the volcano) The silence that the nature can give you is awesome, we had the lake to ourselves, there was no one in the surroundings. That's what we were looking for. We were able to swim in the lake, tour the forest, and rest. It really was a beautiful experience.

The house is beautiful, spacious and very comfortable, and the gardens are beautiful. The house has everything, including fireplaces so the house is always warm, it's great for a family. The view is really wonderful, you totally disconnect. Karima and Sergio are excellent hosts. I'd be back anyway!!
