Beautiful apartment. Comfortable, super practical, all top notch. The complex has a very good beach, nice view and things to do. Everything inside the apartment is top notch. Spectacular to enjoy Pucon. Privacy and lake life, while also within a 20-minute walk of downtown. We loved it and enjoyed it as a family.

Great stay in Eric’s apartment. Great location and very clean. Our only complaint is that the heater in the room with the bunk bed was very poor and did not seem to heat the room and it could get very cold, especially at night. The bathroom was also always cold with no way to warm it up. Other than that, we had a great stay. The apartment is in a great location, within walking distance of the town.

the apartment is very well equipped, it has everything you need and more also! and it is of very good quality.(the sheets, pillows, the appliances, the dishes...everything is good) The amenities are great, it has a club house with games, pool table, ping pong, playstatios etc. a gym and a cinema. It is essential if you go with children and the weather is ugly. The beach was very populated so we did not have a repository to use. the only thing I highlight is that it is not so close to the center as to walk and although it can accommodate 6 people, I think 4 is ideal since the beds in the second bedroom are cuchetas and there is little space.

Central location, short walk to 2 main trail heads and park entrance both (takes credit card for park fees). Plenty of supermarkets, bars and food options. Great views of the mountains. All appliances and a washing machine.

Excellent Cecilia's cabin, she is very welcoming and helpful!, always concerned upon the guest's arrival even when there were issues with the ferry.

The accommodation is a very nice place, with access to a very nice beach a few meters from the cabin. Rodrigo's treatment was very kind, we even had a problem and he helped us a lot. The cabin is very spacious and fully equipped, definitely a place we will return to.

very good place to stay, don Luis is always attentive and kind. We stayed for an emergency at the hospital and we did not have any problems with arrival. In addition, the house was always warm. Thank you.

Our stay was amazing, the house is very conveniently located and in a very safe area, just like the photos and with everything you need for everyday life, it lacks nothing, it is very cozy and accessible. Daniela a 7! She responds quickly to any questions and needs. We had problems with the car just the day we were supposed to leave and she made it very easy for us to solve it. We would totally come back, not only for the house but also for the good service and helpfulness.

Andrés was a great host and his apartment, on the last floor of the building, has a truly amazing view. Andres was very flexible and helpful and accommodated all our requests. We’d gladly stay with him again.

Host was quick to respond, location was great, beautiful unit. We had one small issue which he solved immediately. Host was also very flexible - we asked for an extended check-out time, which is promptly agreed to. The location is fantastic - direct access to the lake, access to a pool/hot tub, stunning view from the unit itself. Very happy with our stay here, would highly recommend!

My stay in the apartment was very good, nice apartment, in a quiet place, green areas, equipped, clean, security, as described, Jaime is a good person always attentive to any doubt, I would definitely return.

We spent two nights as a family, with my husband and 3 teenagers. The apartment is beautiful and clean, overlooking the lake and the volcano! The beach is next door! You can go back to the depa in the bathroom or look for something to eat. We stayed there as the beach is beautiful, with shades and sun loungers!
