Very spacious and private place just outside Naseby. Had everything we needed, including a lovely wood burner. Felt right at home, would be happy to come back any time. Great base to explore the surroundings. Thanks for easy communication.

Best Airbnb either of us have ever stayed in, in our extensive travels. We are still in disbelief of this home. If you have the chance to stay, do it. We had hesitated to book because there’s so much to do along the South Island, but now we know that this home is worth making the special visit. We will not be forgetting the serenity and beauty of Fallow Ridge: the uninterrupted panoramic view of sheep-dotted mountainside, the warm bath overlooking the sunset, the beautiful fog rolling in and out around the house. We walked along the road and down to the river and never actually went back down into town in our two nights because the property was just too awesome to leave; we recommend you arrive with some groceries as we did, in case you feel the same! The thoughtful details from our hosts made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We were glad to meet David out on a walk and we regret to have not met Sarah, who we wish to also sincerely thank for such a lovely stay!

The place is nice and clean. It’s within walking distance to CBD, very convenient if you cannot be bothered driving in the city.

My stay exceeded my expectations. The combination of a fantastic location, beautiful scenery & comfortable accommodation made for a memorable experience. I highly recommend this to anyone.

Stephen is truly a gentleman and the place is absolutely stunning! The hot tub was the highlight and Stephen was kind enough to get it ready for us when we wanted. Wanaka is short drive from the vineyard and there are plenty of other great places to visit nearby! If you’re looking to stay in this region, go for it !

Best Airbnb we have stayed at, Sean is an amazing host, very generous and made us feel welcome. The airbnb itself is beautifully designed and is a perfect retreat for those wanting a getaway for a few nights. We particularly loved the spa and the lovely spacious decking surrounded by trees. Would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this airbnb. 10/10

10/10 recommend this stay! I came and stayed with a few friends to celebrate my 25th birthday. Judy was a fantastic host, she had prepared a little cheese board, and this delicious slice as a wee happy birthday treat. She has decorated incredibly well and we noticed the little details, she had picked fresh flowers to decorate the place with. We had fantastic weather where we made the most of the two minute walk to the beach, enjoyed a stroll down to the local general store for some delicious wood fire pizzas recommend by Judy. They even had fresh pastry and yum coffee in the morning where we enjoyed the walk along the beach to get from the store. Truly is a little hidden gem, truly could not rate this more highly, fire wood for the fire, even had games we enjoyed playing with and great kitchen that we utilised to use to cook in.
