Beachfront holiday rentals in Patras

It felt like home. Great place, great host. One of my warmest welcoming. We stayed for a full month and I got sad when the time for leave came. Just to summarise, PERFECT!

Alexandra was a fabulous host we arrived and found freshly baked cheese pie in the oven freshly baked peach cobbler in the fridge bottle wine as well as other homemade goodies including jellies and jams the place was very clean clean with many amenities fully stocked kitchen and beautiful views would definitely recommend

I will not comment about the house or the area since it is the 4th time I visit with my family the same house. I will only cooment about how clean and tidy was the house once again. It just shows that they respect their guests . As always Almeida was very friendly and the house owners are very communicative . Our only complaint is that we did not have more days to enjoy this eperience

We loved this Airbnb - from the couch looking out it was as if we were floating on the water! A bit out of city centre but that was really nice too. The waves lull you to sleep and it has everything you need to relax and enjoy Patras. We had only one issue and Nikolaos responded IMMEDIATELY. It was solved right away and our stay was even better! There was a VERY helpful guidebook left on the table - we really appreciated it and used it a few times.

A very well-equipped house, and a very well-kept garden, a lot of space, beautiful surroundings and extremely nice hosts. The house really has everything you might need. There is a very well equipped kitchen. Air conditioning works well, all appliances are functional. The host is extremely caring. He immediately answers all questions and needs. It was our best summer holidays ever. I highly recommend this place and hope to come back.

Great house in an beautiful location. Both the beach and the mountains are accessible, while Navpaktos is only a 10 min drive. The house is very well taken care of, clean and large. Fully equipped kitchen and heating + air conditioning in every room. The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive, we didn't miss anything. We had a really good time, would wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone who's in the area, summer or winter.

Had an absolutely wonderful time. Ελενη was extremely responsive, kind, and welcoming. Any issues we had were dealt with within minutes. The space was wonderful and left us wanting for nothing. It was only after arriving that we realized just how perfect the location was as well. Would recommend to anyone, including first time visitors to nafpaktos as we were.

Great house, wonderful hosts, it was not too hot in the house even if outside was around 38C. We used a lot back yard, barbecue place... apsolutely grateful and happy to be there

I stayed at Nikos and Nancy’s place for a friend’s 30th birthday, and while it was the winter, it was a completely restorative, beautiful stay and one we’ll be thinking of for a very long time. The property is stunning in person and truly better than most spa retreats I’ve been to. The town was quiet and walkable which is really exactly what we needed and the facilities were brilliant (every single detail is thought through right up to the orange juicer which we used since we were there around citrus season). Nikos and Nancy are also very gracious and responsive hosts who gave us tonnes of advice regarding our trip and also went over and above to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. We will be planning a trip there again in the summer for sure.

This place is magical, we met with our kids for a family reunion and we could not hope for a better place to have a quality time with lots of space in this charming and beautiful home. Christina is so special, like you can't find hosts any more. Always responsive and helpful and will do all she can. Thank you, Christina!! We can't wait to come again.

We stayed at Nora's place for a week in July 2024. Already in advance, we got a good description of how to get to the accommodation. Nora's welcome was very warm and she even prepared some groceries for us. The location is great if you have a car available. It's very quiet there and you only walk about 5 minutes to the sea. Very pleasant is the pool, which is completely at your disposal. It has air conditioning in every room, which is very pleasant in summer. Nora gave us a lot of helpful tips for excursions and restaurants nearby - thank you for that. The house is brand new and has all the amenities you could want. I highly recommend this place, especially if you like to be undisturbed and away from the hustle and bustle on vacation.

By far one of the best Airbnb experiences I ever had. The host was so kind and generous. Amazing amenities were provided and we enjoyed every moment during our stay. She even prepared a meal for our arrival. The villa was clean and modern. One of the best ever. Well worth the money paid. Thank you again Alexandra.

Dimitris is very friendly and professional. He was generous with his time and communication. He treated us very well and made sure everything was going well.

We had a fantastic time! The location couldn't be better. It's right opposite the beach where we swam every evening. The beach has lots of cafes where you can get food, drinks and loungers, but it isn't noisy or busy. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need. Especially good for kids - there's an IKEA cot and high chair and some toys.

Christos was very responsive and accommodating for any issues we had and made our experience in Greece all the more worth it:)

We had a new great hollyday in Greece and Dimitris and his house have a big contribution to that. Dimitris was very kind and helpful, polite and always on hand. His house offers more than the description promises. You'll find there not a guest house, but an elegant home full of comfort, with a great view over the sea, the sunset and the town Patra by night. The sea over the road allows swimming and playing in the water, but you need a car to access perfect sandy beaches in the neighborhood. Shortly - a place to come back to.
