Holiday rentals with breakfast in Patras

Excellent place! We stayed 3 weeks in John's house and we enjoyed our stay there very much. The house was clean and spacious. There was a good air conditioning in every room. The kitchen was very comfortable, spacious and perfectly equipped. There were much more things there than it was described in the listing. I was very happy to find out that there were a microwave and a kettle as I used them a lot. We appreciated that the Wi-Fi was very good. We enjoyed so much having breakfast/lunch/dinner on the balcony and watching the sea and the beautiful sight of the mountains across the Corinthian gulf. The place is really peaceful and private, and it is great for relaxation. The beach is just in front. Another thing that was exceptional for us was the area around the house. The region is lovely. Wine yards, olive trees gardens and other beauties like these. You have no idea how amazing the smell of drying grapes is! We want to come back! John is a great host, very responsive and attentive.

Our stay at the Tower was as expected! The house was excellent, very thoughtful, clean and warm, with many amenities. It had a very beautiful view and was perfect for relaxing. Our friendly hosts greeted us and our pets as well! They gave us all the information we needed. The village is very beautiful and around there are many hiking trails with beautiful nature! We would definitely recommend it and hope to visit again!

Despoina is a great host, responsive and very friendly. The house is cute, within a complex of traditional-style homes in beautiful surroundings and conveniently located between the town of Kalavryta and the ski resort. The house is well-equipped, though some additional supplies would improve the overall experience. I highly recommend Despoina’s house for a cozy and enjoyable mountain getaway!

Ilias was a great host! His place was spacious, cute, warm and has everything we needed for our family stay. Location was great, less than 5min walk to downtown Kalavryta yet quite and with beautiful mountain views.

Stavros's house was exactly as it is described in the website, a nice & cosy home with a close distance to the sea. The hospitality of him and his family was great, thus helping us in anything was requested at any time. The house is certainly recommended for families searching for a relaxation spot during the summer so as to enjoy the sea and some relaxing evenings in their garden. Only comment is that there were no many options (i.e. bars, cafes) in walking distance from the house.

The accommodation was very comfortable and had everything we needed, including some delicious unexpected extras. We would definitely recommend.

My family is from this region of Greece, in fact my father grew up less than 10 miles away, and I can say definitely that staying with Dimos is the most relaxing ways to visit this beautiful region of the Peloponnese that our family holds so dear. They have an excellent ocean side home with some of the most thoughtful and comforting flats I've seen on Airbnb. Our family stayed in two different apartments and were blown away by Dimos' attention to detail including a well stocked kitchen, plentiful firewood, and delicious home-crafted breakfasts made with produce raised around the corner. Dimos and his family really have created something special!

We spent two very beautiful days in the picturesque village of Kato Vasiliki and in a lovely, cozy and cozy little house in the heart of the village that offered us whatever we needed. Almost all electrical appliances, we had to drink our coffee, to enjoy breakfast, and even a bottle of wine was waiting for us in the fridge! Just a hundred meters away is the very beautiful beach which is one of the two of the prefecture of Aitoloakarnania that have a blue flag as we were informed by the locals. Impressive and the famous beach "Limnopoula" in which the imposing rocks of Mount Varasova end up. For us who were looking for tranquility was a must, the landscape and the tranquility of the village as well as there is a very short botanical garden! If someone prefers fun in just twenty minutes you reach either picturesque Nafpaktos, beautiful Messolonghi or even the largest Patras! Very well situated flat, 5 min by walk from the beach Psani. It is a small flat fully renovated with one bedroom. The flat is very clean with a lot of available accessories and a nice balcony. There is an airco in the bedroom which is necessary since it can be very warm inside due to its sunny exposition. Paraskevi is a very helpful host since we had issues when we arrived to find the correct flat and she was very reactive despite we called her several times :-) If you want to enjoy nice walks in Nafpaktos, it is a very nice place stay. we had a great time it had everything inside to cook ,cleaning supplies,had iron ,ironing board,stereo,lots of cd,perfect and very strong wifi signal.
