Dispone di un piccolo soggiorno, angolo cottura con 2 piastre, frigo e forno a microonde, un bagno interno ed al piano superiore una camera da letto con due letti singoli. Ha il riscaldamento autonomo, acqua calda e tutti gli attrezzi da cucina. Era un piccolo caseificio dal XVIII secolo a 30 anni fa ed è tutto in pietra locale, ristrutturato filologicamente. This is a wonderful, just renovated in 2024 cottage in the gorgeous Soca Valley, located on a private sunny area, a few meters from the Soca River. The house offers 2 double bedrooms and a large quality sofa bed. Lots of outdoor garden and sitting areas. BBQ. The cottage was renovated an finished in June 2024 and offers high end living and quality furnishings, linens and amenities. The kitchen has everything you need for dining as well as a large dining table for 6. Wifi and a smart TV.

Almhütte Hausberger

100 Jahre altes Blockhaus, welches 2008 im Nachbardorf abgerissen und bei uns am Bio-Bergbauernhof wieder aufgebaut wurde. Dabei wurde besondere Sorgfalt auf die Verwendung natürlicher Baustoffe (Schilf, Lehmputz, Altholz) gelegt. Als Dacheindeckung dienen traditionelle Lärchenschindeln. Das Haus wird über einen großen Küchenherd und eine thermische Solaranlage geheizt, das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Fußbodenheizung. Das heimelige kleine Haus (75 m²) diente uns 10 Jahre lang als Wohnsitz.

It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.

Sie befindet sich in sonniger Hanglage, unweit des Mölltaler Gletschers und vieler Ausflugsziele zum Wandern, Klettern, Ski/Wanderski, Kanufahren und vielem mehr.

Der Ederhof ist ein Permakulturhof im Großglocknergebiet, Nationalpark Hohe Tauern. Eine kleine Almhütte mit Erdsauna und einem Feuchtbiotop, etwa 200m von der Hofstelle entfernt gelegen. Die Hütte mit Ausblick auf die Berge und ins Tal ist in ihrer Einfachheit urig und gemütlich. Naturmaterialien verleihen dem Wohnkomfort einen lieblich warmen Charakter. Sie bietet durch Beschränkung auf das Wesentliche Raum für Stille. Die Almhütte ist ganzjährig buchbar.

Potete parcheggiare in strada quando c'è neve 50m prima a destra .

La casa ha subito un restauro conservativo, che mantenendo fede all’aspetto originale, ne preserva l’uso ai fini del soggiorno e residenza. La casa è dotata di una camera al primo piano con un letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli affiancati.
