And an environment with a monumental complex formed by a Romanesque church with a crypt, a modernist cemetery and an Iberian village 5 minutes away. Spectacular! 5 minutes from a rural restaurant and 10 minutes from the town/city.

This apartment is quiet. All exterior. It consists of a living/dining room with a kitchenette, balcony with views, sofa, smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob, cooking utensils, Nespresso and traditional coffee maker. Full bathroom. Casa Vella Arrero, is a typical mountain house from the 18th century, completely restored since 2018, where at all times the essence of the typical buildings of the Pyrenees , with stone and wood, has been maintained. The house is all lit by a warm lighting system with LEDs, in line with the rest environment offered by its location.

Can Comella està integrada en el teixit urbà del poble de Gavarra, un poble que a mitjans del S XX es va vincular al municipi de Coll de Nargó. Fins a principis del segle passat la casa estava habitada. Tot i les seves reduïdes dimensions, els elements constructius que conformen l'estructura d'aquest edifici són els originals, circumstància que converteix Can Comella en un exemple valuòs de l'arquitectura tradicional de la zona.
