The house is surrounded by live oaks, nature and tidal marsh water in the backyard. Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches are 5 minutes away. It’s a short drive to the pristine beaches of Pawleys Island as well as many wonderful restaurants and shops. Motor homes and motorcycles are not permitted.
