Hannah and Sardi were welcoming, attentive and responsive and all communication - great experience from the outset 😊 The stay was serene and far superior to a hotel stay, it was a shame that we were only there for one night!

Beautifully presented accommodation. The bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and sitting room areas were all fitted out to an extremely high standard. We were welcomed by Tessa on our arrival and she couldnt have been more helpful. There was even a bottle of wine waiting for us in the fridge! I have no doubt we will return for another stay.

What a lovely cottage. It's quiet, modern and spotlessly clean. Perfect location for everything so a short walk to the pubs and restaurants but also a lovely walk to the lakes. Such a pretty village. Definitely recommend.

Despite years of using Air Bnb we have never stayed anywhere so generous, so well appointed or so sparkling clean as Julie's place in Peerborough. Quite remarkable. Thoroughly recommended.
