The house is located at an altitude of 625 metres on the southwestern slope of Černá hora, 450 metres from the centre of Černý Důl and 750 metres from the ski resort. The house is adjacent to a fenced garden with seating, swings for children, a barbecue, a smokehouse and an outdoor fireplace. The house is in a quiet part of the slope above the village. There is a grocery store, restaurants, bike and ski rentals, public transport and ski buses to Janské Lázně and Pec pod Sněžkou. In front of the house there is a dedicated parking lot for two vehicles of guests.

The residence is located in the center of Pec pod Sněžkou. There is a ski bus stop in front of the apartment. The building has a restaurant with all-day operation. The apartment has a large balcony, its own lockable box (for skis, bicycles) and a garage in the underground part of the residence. An apiary full of honey and bees, where you can see the work of our bees and their entire cycle in the glass hives right from the bed. The bee hive is located in Podkrkonoší, near the village of Zdobín near a pine forest full of rocks, blueberries and a nearby pond. You can't drive to the apiary to blend in with nature. It's completely off-grid. The bees are in our Bee Theater from about April to October, depending on the weather. Then we move them under the bed for hibernation.
