Zen Meadow: The whole House

Somewhere in the meadow, between the Karkonosze Mountains and the Janowice Rudawy Mountains, there is a house. Meadows rustle and birds chirp around. With a cup of coffee, you greet the day on a spacious terrace, suspended over the grass like a raft on the sea. When it rains, you sit by the window overlooking the "Śnieżka" mountain. On winter evenings, you light a fire in the fireplace, and in summer you sit by the fire in the company of fireflies and crickets. Boredom? Perhaps. But beware, this boredom makes you not want to leave us!

The base is 3, fully equipped houses with an area of 50m2 + closed mezzanines. The ground floor of each home is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter patio, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. The optimal number of guests in the house is 4 people, a sofa bed in the living room can provide accommodation for 2 additional people. Tlen is a year-round retreat. There are two bedrooms with a double bed, bunk bed and en-suite bathroom in each of them. The house has a living room with a TV and fireplace, equiped kitchen and a dining table. There is also a garage and infrasauna. The house is great for family vacations. No parties please.

The apartment has its own separate entrance from the other side of the house. It's pleasantly cool in the summer, and we've prepared floor heating for you this winter, so you won't be cold inside. Parking is in front of the house behind the gate on private land. For up to 2 Persons, no more kid!

The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.

Thanks to its location at an altitude of 570 meters above sea level and the layout of the rooms, our house is attractive all year round. We offer a comfortable 1930s-style interior. A hot sauna awaits you in the basement.
