The house is located at an altitude of 625 metres on the southwestern slope of Černá hora, 450 metres from the centre of Černý Důl and 750 metres from the ski resort. The house is adjacent to a fenced garden with seating, swings for children, a barbecue, a smokehouse and an outdoor fireplace. The house is in a quiet part of the slope above the village. There is a grocery store, restaurants, bike and ski rentals, public transport and ski buses to Janské Lázně and Pec pod Sněžkou. In front of the house there is a dedicated parking lot for two vehicles of guests.

Zen Meadow: The whole House

Somewhere in the meadow, between the Karkonosze Mountains and the Janowice Rudawy Mountains, there is a house. Meadows rustle and birds chirp around. With a cup of coffee, you greet the day on a spacious terrace, suspended over the grass like a raft on the sea. When it rains, you sit by the window overlooking the "Śnieżka" mountain. On winter evenings, you light a fire in the fireplace, and in summer you sit by the fire in the company of fireflies and crickets. Boredom? Perhaps. But beware, this boredom makes you not want to leave us!

original mountain cottage, which stands in the Krkonoše National Park on the southern slope of Janova Hora above the village of Vítkovice in the Krkonoše Mountains overlooking one of the most picturesque valleys of the western Krkonoše Mountains, above which the Golden Hills rise monumentally. The cottage stands completely independently between meadows and forest in a romantic place away from the busy tourist civilization. It also has excellent access to the most beautiful places in the western Krkonoše, including ski resorts.

Cozy building in untouched nature

The building is secluded by the forest and is part of a farm with sheep and horses. A wonderful place, from which there is an amazing view of the region on one side and the Krkonoše ridges on the other. In winter, a well-maintained cross-country trail leads to the village of Strážné, 50m from the house, where it connects to the Krkonoše highway. There is a ski area in the village for undemanding skiers. In the summer season, an ideal place for relaxation, walks, trips on foot and by bike.

Oxygen base HOUSE 2 - deep breath in the heart of the Giant Mountains

The base is 3, fully equipped houses with an area of 50m2 + closed mezzanines. The ground floor of each home is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter patio, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. The optimal number of guests in the house is 4 people, a sofa bed in the living room can provide accommodation for 2 additional people. Tlen is a year-round retreat. Modern House with Sauna in the heart of Krkonoše

This modern house, built in 2015, is a part of semi-detached house and is located 10 min walk from the parking lot near the cable car lift to Snezka. Skibus stop is located 100 metres from the house. There are two bedrooms with a double bed, bunk bed and en-suite bathroom in each of them. The house has a living room with a TV and fireplace, equiped kitchen and a dining table. There is also a garage and infrasauna. The house is great for family vacations. No parties please.

The apartment has its own separate entrance from the other side of the house. It's pleasantly cool in the summer, and we've prepared floor heating for you this winter, so you won't be cold inside. Parking is in front of the house behind the gate on private land. For up to 2 Persons, no more kid!
