Gary was very friendly and very responsive when I had an outlet go out in the apartment. I stayed for a month and it was a very nice location from where I was working.

The property was very clean and the location was convenient to the Pavilion in Derby where our event was held. Majorie was very responsive to our questions and requests. Checkin process was very easy.

Great place to stay and a great host! Would stay again!

We were in town for a long weekend for college softball and Todd’s place was perfect. It is in a new neighborhood, and had beautiful views of the river behind us. It was really nice to have a private back yard as well . The home was really nice and very well decorated. The home was also super clean and had all the things you needed even down to coffee and creamer . The beds were super comfortable and felt right at home . Plenty of spread out room for everyone . The closets were big and had plenty of room to spread out all your things . We will definitely try to stay here next time we are in town .
