In the interior, it consists of a studio apartment of 33 m2 with a kitchen, a bathroom and a covered terrace that is also an extended living room, but in the outside you become the owners of the property of 13 500 m2, a terrace with a pecal and a large bocce court. There is parking for personal vehicles, vans, or campers.
