Casa Isabella: Serenity By The Sea

Casa Isabella is 5 minutes walk from the centre of the the village of Malfa on the island of Salina, one of the seven Aeolian Islands off the north-west coast of Sicily. This two storey house was recently renovated to exceptional standards and restored in typical Aeolian style with a contemporary twist, sleeping two people comfortably. The house has magnificent uninterrupted views over the ocean, including from the double bedroom, the two covered outdoor terraces and the front garden. It is bordered by grape vines on one side, olive trees to the other, and the ocean in front. The double bedroom upstairs has a window overlooking the sea and also views back to Malfa, and has an en-suite bathroom and shower. Downstairs there is a large living area that opens onto a covered terrace which is perfect for entertaining, a modern eat-in kitchen opening to another terrace, and another bathroom with shower and washing machine. The house is minimalist in design with resin floors and new fittings throughout. All bedding and bath towels are supplied (please bring your own beach towels), and the kitchen is fully equipped. The house is fully air-conditioned and also has heating for the colder months, as well as a slow combustion fire-place. The house has television and wifi, but no telephone. Mobile reception is good. The house is a 5 minute walk from Malfa shops and village square, a 10 minute walk to Malfa port and a 15 minute walk to Punta Scario Beach. It has plenty of parking space for a car and/or scooters, both of which can be rented in Malfa. Casa Isabella is perfect for a week, a month or the whole summer season! Minimum stay is 7 nights. Casa Isabella is also our holiday home, and we ask that you treat it as if it were yours. Upon arrival, we will supply a full information guide to the house, restaurants and other sites and services in Malfa, and the surrounding islands. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway.For the historic and characteristic path that starts from Val di Chiesa and descends towards the coast you reach Battiato Home The outdoor space shaded by the typical cannizzo gives access to the living room with the kitchen equipped with everything, and next door there is a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The open staircase to the living room leads to the upper floor where there is a double bedroom, a bathroom, and access to a small terrace.

Alicudi, Aeolian Islands, Ancient farmhouse on a still wild island, furnished with island furniture, conservative restoration. The island has no cars, only mules carry luggage and shopping, the house is two hundred metres above sea level, reachable only on foot by the mule tracks with stairs (20-30 minutes on foot). An archaic island where nature is supreme, slow times to connect to. No light in the streets only stars and moon. That's why the minimum stay in the house is seven nights.

The "Attico sul mare" apartment is located in front of the bay of Canneto, 50 meters from the sea and about 100 meters from the pier where the boats for excursions to the other islands depart, bus stop 20 meters away. The house has a terrace veranda with stunning sea views. It has 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen equipped with all amenities (satellite TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, coffee maker, double sofa bed) adjacent to the terrace equipped with table, chairs, sofa and deckchair.

To reach the house from the port it takes approximately 20/25 minutes on stone steps. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday this is the right place!

Totally renewed in 2020 by a Sicilian architect in a very sober and minimal Mediterranean style, Casa Clementina is divided in 2 apartments. Each apartments has a confortable king size bed, a small separated kitchen, a bathroom with shower and terrace with little front-yard view where one can have a meals or relax on the deckchairs with a book. Perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday. You will be assigned apartment A or B depending on availability.

View from the terraces are breathtaking. The house has three terraces, the wood oven, a kitchen, 3 independent bedrooms, 2 restrooms 1 of which is outside. A outdoor shower too. No difficulties except some steps to get to it. 1 minute walking from the road. Cars can be parked easily by the house. Ask a quote for more than 2 guests.
