The equipment is carefully selected, harmonious in color and form. Ideal for couples, solo travelers, or business visitors who like to have everything at their fingertips – cafes, restaurants, and attractions are all within a few minutes' walk.

We have tried to make our accommodation as cozy as possible so that our guests can feel comfortable and at ease. At night, a large French bed awaits you, with a memory mattress and anti-allergenic pillows. Two armchairs provide daytime relaxation, from which you can comfortably watch the LED TV, where more than 100 channels are available. The apartment has Wi-Fi internet. Apartmanunk 7 fő és egy kisbaba részére nyújt kényelmes elhelyezést. A belváros 10-15 perc sétával könnyedén megközelithető. Jól felszerelt a kényelmes tartózkodáshoz, az utcán vendégeink részére bérelt parkolóhellyel egy autó részére. A lakás kiválóan alkalmas családok részére, mert 2 fürdőszoba, 2 wc és egy közösségi térrel is rendelkezik. Az apartman a 4. emeleten található, lift nincs, azonban cserébe páratlan panoráma terül elénk a teraszról, Székesegyház, Tv torony, a belvárosra néz.

A sétálóutca, a Király utca pár lépésnyire, Pécsi Nemzeti Színház 3 perc, Széchenyi tér és a Dzsámi 2 percnyi távolságra van gyalogosan. Pécs, talán Magyarország legszebb városa, ahol a történelmi belváros szépsége és a kultúra kézzelfogható közelségben van. Ez mellett a város természeti adottságai által, a kirándulásoknak és a túrázás szenvedélyének is otthont ad. A belváros közepén található.

It's a separate apartment on the ground floor with a window looking at the park of the city's water company. The apartment is 33 m2 and it has hi-speed WiFi. We don't smoke or keep pets in the apartment, we would like you to join us in this. The apartment has space for a maximum of 3 people: a double bed (140x200) and a bendable sofa (120x190),

I look forward to welcoming everyone to my fully renovated apartment near the city center. The apartment has Netflix and Disney+ streaming subscriptions and Wi-Fi for relaxation. The kitchen is highly equipped, it is possible to cook and bake. The city center is about a 10-minute walk away. Nearby are a café, bakery, confectionery, convenience store, tobacco shop, drugstore, laundry, gym, bus stops and pharmacy. Pets can be brought on request.

Pécs belvárosában, csendes, zöldövezeti környezetben található klímatudatos lakás. Az ingatlan két hálószobával és két fürdőszobával rendelkezik, valamint egy tágas, különálló nappali és egy nagy terasz biztosítja a kényelmet és a kikapcsolódást. A ház fenntartható energiával üzemel, a lakás berendezésében pedig a környezettudatosság fontos szerepet játszott.
