The rooms of Nick are well equiped and comfortable. The balkony is great for having a drink in the evening or breakfast in the morning. Nick was a perfect host. We would come again.

I want to say special thanks to Ακpıωρ. Ee stayed 2 family in sithonia 1 and sithonia 2 house. House is very clean and organised. We felt very comfortable as our home. Duvet cover and towels are very clean. Also kitchen is very clean. And you can find what you need in the kitchen. House has beautiful garden. And house’s location is very good. So close to beaches , square , restourants. Ακpıωρ and her husband are very nice people also they are very helpful for everything. If we come again , we want to stay again ! Thank you very much for everything.

Pantelis was an excellent host. He was proactive and very kind. Communication with him was super-easy and quick. His place is well-equipped and peaceful, and only a 5-minute walk away from the great beach. Definitely recommended home!

Perfect place if you want an accomodation next to the sea with a perfect view to the sunset. Kostas was very helpful and the place was very clean. Absolutely 10/10

A view to die for. Peaceful and the most fantastic view and sounds from the sea. Really nice house, everything is working and spotless and you live on the big fantastic terrace. There is also lots of space inside. We cooked a lot in the kitchen with everything you need. 2 min. drive to a lovely beach and we did lots of hiking to the church at the top of the Mountain - you are all alone and walk during the most beautiful olive grove. We could have stayed for weeks - the place is really good for your soul ♥️ But the most important is Niki and her husbond. The most welcoming couple who care for you. They spoil you with goodies from their kitchen and they want to help with everything. Fantastic people. If you do not speak Greek, then bring your electronic translator and it works perfect. The lovely daughter Anna is also helpful in english. Finally - it is the best AirBnB We have stayed in during our year travel.

We felt completely comfortable in Maria's apartment. Marie is really very warm and extremely hospitable. She was always there for us, whether it was questions about excursions or activities, or problems with our rental car. The location of the apartment is optimal, whether beach or center, everything is easily accessible on foot. We had a very nice time in Skala Fourka

It's a pleasure to come back to this home, it will always be our first choice for the area. Thekla and her husband are great hosts.

The hosts make every effort to ensure that you have everything you need. Communication was largely via chat and was very fast. Telephone communication is also possible and was very helpful for finding the accommodation in the last few meters. We had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the tranquility of the area. Nearby are shops serving everyday needs and you can walk to everything. We were very pleased with the whole space and process.

Thank you very much for the opportunity to experience the traditional Greek house. We immediately felt at home. Very quiet, relaxed, you have everything you need to enjoy relaxing vacation days. Beautiful restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. By car, all beaches and beautiful little places can be reached. Of course we would like to recommend house 2.

Good place to stay in a good location. As described on the site. There is a fishing and spearfishing shop in the next building, which was an additional advantage for me. The disadvantages of the problem with the internet. Christ responded to this issue and replaced the equipment, but the low speed from the provider did not make it possible to use the Internet comfortably. And the mobile internet, unfortunately, is also very bad in this place. If this is not a problem, then the apartment of Christ is a great option, especially for a large group.

Our recent stay at Maria's apartment in Skala Fourkas was nothing short of exceptional. The apartment provided the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and family-friendly amenities. The apartment's location near the village center of Skala Fourkas was another highlight. We were able to explore local shops, restaurants, and attractions with ease. Whether it was indulging in fresh seafood at a beachfront taverna or browsing the charming boutiques, there was always something to do. If you're looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in S. Fourkas, we highly recommend Maria's apartment. It's the perfect home away from home for families seeking a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Dinos was the perfect host - very responsive, welcoming and unintrusive! The place is comfortable, right by the beach near both a nice beach bar and the free zone. Bedrooms are pleasantly cool in the night and the house is very nice and airy. Completely lived up to our expectations! ☀️

Do not miss Themida's house when you visit Chaniotis. We were two families with kids and spent 9 unforgettable days. The place is exceptional, close to the beach and the tavernas in the city centre. You can also do BBQ on the porch if you prefer to stay in the house. Themida is super friendly and responsive. I definitely recommend this place and would be happy to visit it again.

Everything excellent. Mother of the owner was very helpfull. She is a kind and nice person, even offered us gifts at the checkout. We were welcomed with wine, beers, water and sweets in the fridge. The rooms are smaller than in the pictures but, hey, this is the case for 99% of the accommodations. The only downside is the smell in the bathrooms, probably because of the sewer, otherwise very clean.

Pandora was a very friendly and welcoming host. We felt very comfortable in the house. There were many items to meet our needs, such as an iron, hairdryer, washing machine, and more. The house was very clean, and having breakfast in the garden was a special pleasure for us. Having a market right next door was a huge advantage. We would like to thank Pandora and her dear husband for adding joy to our first holiday in Halkidiki :)

we really enjoyed the personal touch of the apartment. you feel like being at home immediately. the flat offers all necessities and everything is super clean. be aware that the house is not right on the seafront, as we wrongfully expected. but it‘s still only a 2 minute walk across the street to the nearest beach. overall a nice location. highly recommend.

We had a really nice holiday. Everything was wonderful.

Place was like as described and look like on pictures. It was easy to find, directions from host are clear and navigation gets you in front of the building. We didnt meet Vagelis but he organised a friend to meet us for check in but for everything else host was responsive on chat messages. We had a problem with hot water but solved when host explained that the valve for hot water was turned in wrong direction. There is a problem with water pressure in the shower in hours when everybody comes from beach but that is a problem in the area. Beach is close, there are chairs and umbrella in apartment which can be used on the beach. The view from balcony is as described. Air conditioning works and is in hallway which is not great but is ok. Apartment was clean but can be cleaner, stuff which isn't used and shelves are a little bit dusty. Area is pretty urban, beach, supermaket and other are close to the apartment. All in all was a great experience, as described.

For the use we wanted, it covered all our needs. Large space, clean and with a very goodservice.Iwould prefer it again!

Very friendly host family. Accommodation as described. Great property with olive trees and a very well-maintained pool. The kitchen is superbly equipped. You just have to cross the street and you can swim directly in the sea. For shopping or restaurant visits you need a car. Covered parking on the premises.

First of all the sea view was breathtaking, cannot say a bad word for it, the location is right on the beach and the sound of the waves at night is very calming. The apartment is spacious with three bedrooms and a large kitchen with dining table. There is a great looking green grass between the apartment and the beach. The beach itself is not sandy, its full of small stones but it didn`t mind us at all. There are cliffs in the water but in 10-15 meters since you past them the color of the water is magnificent. The car is parked on the street in front of the building below the shades from the trees and all of the sea equipment can be stashed in the ground floor so it is easily accessible anytime you go on the beach. Chrisa was our host and she was terrific. We had some issues that she promptly took care of and made our stay very pleasant. She is a person that takes great care for her guests. A small downside was the lack of sunbeds and a few unpleasant neighbors that lived there.
