Living/sleeping rooms between the ground and upper floors are separated only by an open staircase (without a door).

The property is located on the 4th floor (no elevator) of an apartment complex in a quiet backyard in the middle of Cottbus city center. The living room with large TV and adjoining balcony invites you to relax. Fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. A soft and cozy double bed in the bedroom is used for a good night's sleep. The skylight can be darkened. Restaurants, bars or supermarkets are within walking distance in a few minutes.

Tiny House-Freuden im Spreewald

Our tiny house in the vegetable garden is fully equipped with a dry toilet, shower and kitchenette. The car is in the middle of the organic vegetable farm "Gartenfreuden." Here you can enjoy the charm of country life. Although there is a separate area to sit and relax, you can also spread out in the tree house. From here you can explore the Spreewald by bike or Calau Switzerland on foot. Calau train station is about 2.5 km away.

The apartment has two separate bedrooms and a stylish bar lounge with kitchenette. Apartment in a quiet location with stylish décor. The spacious and open-plan apartment is reminiscent of a small wooden barn with its furnishings. The use of old beams and lots of wood creates a cozy atmosphere, which is underlined by a large couch, a reading corner and a large bed. Every now and then a woodworm may creak, if that bothers you, please do not book the accommodation.

The house has 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms / lounge / fully equipped kitchen. The max. Occupancy is 5 people, 4 people is the optimal occupancy. The house has a surrounding large terrace which has a wonderful view of the Spree and the Spree meadows.
