Newly renovated in late 2024 and early 2025, both bungalows offer modern comforts while retaining their unique charm. Although they share a common structure, each bungalow provides total privacy and offers a unique ambiance, making them feel like two worlds apart. This is OCEAN!

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.
