There is a bus stop nearby, the center is a 20-minute drive away. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. You can take light folding chairs, blankets and have a picnic by the sea. 3 minutes away is a new shopping complex with shops and restaurants.

The new building constructed in 2023 is a unique place located in the trendy Volta quarter. This brand new apartment is situated in one of the most trendy areas of the city, making it the perfect place for young professionals, couples, or solo travelers. Parking behind the building 8€ 24h.
