The cottage includes an equipped kitchen, a living area and 3 independent bedrooms each with their own shower room. Access to several activities from the house (Obiou state forest, Bachilianne pasture, Dévoluy tower, Sautet Lake).

In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.
