Come and recharge your batteries at the foot of the family-friendly Laye ski resort, right by the Gap Bayard golf course. We offer a self-contained, single-storey gîte of approximately 90 m², providing a high level of comfort, complete with a hot tub and stunning views of the Champsaur valley. The gîte comprises 2 bedrooms of 15 m² each, a large, fully equipped kitchen-living room, and a veranda. You will also benefit from a pleasant, south-facing outdoor area with a shaded terrace, a green space, children's play equipment and parking spaces.

The Asprion Cocoon

Le Cocon Asprions welcomes you in the small village of Aspres-les-Corps, 960 m above sea level in the Hautes-Alpes between Grenoble and Gap near the RN85 (Route Napoléon), at the entrance to the Valgaudemar valley, one of the famous valleys of the Écrins National Park. 70 m2 of softness await you in this renovated accommodation, on the ground floor and 1st floor of our village house. This tastefully furnished cocoon has everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as it is enjoyable.

The small house

Fully renovated and newly equipped cottage, located in a hamlet 15 minutes from the resorts. Tranquility and nature guaranteed. Linens and towels are not provided. Optional, upon request. GITE DU VILLARD, built in an old barn

This single-storey, recent and unique gîte was built with noble materials: brushed larch, limewash, iron and wood. With a glazed opening on the mountains without any opposite, relax in this QUIET and ELEGANT accommodation in the preserved and wild valley of VALGAUDEMAR in the HAUTES-ALPES. Hiking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing... many activities away from the big tourist complexes but so close to nature and its inhabitants. SITE SURROUNDED BY NATURE.

Our villa, Kyo-Alpes, built in 2024, is located in La Combe de Lancey and offers a breathtaking view of the mountains. The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and has a private indoor pool heated to 29°C, a jacuzzi area and a sauna, so you can relax in a calm and soothing atmosphere. Cabin with private Jacuzzi

Comfortable cabin in the heart of Trièves, an hour from Grenoble and Gap. Come and enjoy a private outdoor Jacuzzi covered on the terrace with stunning views of the mountains. In order to rest and enjoy a sweet escape for two, the cabin has a 160 cm bed, a bathroom with shower and dry toilet as well as a dining area with microwave and refrigerator.

Ideally located in the Parc des Écrins, quiet and surrounded by nature. YAKA enjoy the spring water, the azure sky and your private jacuzzi available all year round (€40 for a 1.5-hour session for 2 to be booked on site).
