Grand jardin arboré dans un quartier très calme. Proche du massif du Pilat avec possibilité de nombreuses randonnées. Vignobles de renom à proximité.

In the heart of the Pilat Regional Nature Park you will be in harmony with nature and animals. La Lutinière offers you a fully equipped space combining comfort and authenticity. You can also enjoy the wooden terrace as well as shared spaces (children's games, chicken coop, garden...) with our family.

On the heights of Roisey, between Pélussin and Maclas, at the end of a cul-de-sac, our vacation rental has found refuge in an old 18th century farmhouse, classified by the Heritage Foundation. It is a remarkable natural site located just below the Crêt de l'Œillon and the "Trois dents"; it faces the valleys of the Rhône, the Drôme and the Alps. Through the many surrounding paths, you can discover a strong and still preserved nature. It's completely peaceful.

Near nature you can take beautiful hikes, or relax on the terrace with a superb panorama, a small soccer with the children or a pétanque before the aperitif, it is possible too. Un espace idéale pour explorer le Pilat, les randos/vtt, la region , les caves á vin, ou simplement pour se détendre au calme.
