Studio de 40 m2, entièrement neuf à l'étage d'une maison particulière. Une grande chambre, une cuisine équipée avec cafetière Senséo et une salle de bain. Draps fournis. Les serviettes de toilette ne sont fournies que pour les réservations supérieures à une nuit (sinon supplément de 5 euros). Animaux non acceptés. Accès indépendant. Grand jardin arboré dans un quartier très calme. Proche du massif du Pilat avec possibilité de nombreuses randonnées. Vignobles de renom à proximité.

Old forge in the heart of the Pilat Natural Park

On the heights of Roisey, between Pélussin and Maclas, at the end of a cul-de-sac, our vacation rental has found refuge in an old 18th century farmhouse, classified by the Heritage Foundation. It is a remarkable natural site located just below the Crêt de l'Œillon and the "Trois dents"; it faces the valleys of the Rhône, the Drôme and the Alps. Through the many surrounding paths, you can discover a strong and still preserved nature. It's completely peaceful.

Ce logement de 72m² totalement rénové et en plein centre de Pelussin, à seulement quelques pas de la Place des croix et de ces commerces . Le bien se situe dans une rue très calme malgré sa proximité immédiate du centre ville où vous trouverez Boulangerie, Buraliste-Tabac, Restaurants, Petite boutique d'artistes locaux. Le marché Hebdomadaire de Pelussin se trouve sur la place des croix le dimanche de 8h a 12h. Attention au stationnement le samedi soir.
