Monthly Rentals in Penallt

Simply breathtaking! The cabins are an incredible and unique place to stay. They are so luxurious, especially given their remote location on a hillside looking out over stunning views of the Wye Valley. It was the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine on the deck - then when the weather got cooler in the evening we lit the log burner and were still able to enjoy panoramic views from inside through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The cabins are really well built and feel very cosy, the decor is great and all the kitchen equipment is brand new. So we were very comfortable while right in the middle of the countryside (there were sheep and lambs in the field just outside when we stayed). The property belongs to a charity called Jamie’s Farm that’s just down the lane, and staying there raises money for them so it’s a win-win! The area is fab with fantastic walks and great pubs.

This was our second time at Chris & Kev's place, and it was first class. Can't fault the hosts, and most importantly the kids loved it. Thanks again.

We had a wonderful weekend away at Wheelwrights cottage, a perfect spot to explore Wye Valley. We were very lucky to enjoy ‘The boat inn’ music festival just down the road and meet lots of friendly locals too! Highly recommend this beautiful place
