Great location! Lovely condo. Would stay again! I’m not sure if I missed it in the listing, but there was a security deposit that I wasn’t aware of until I had booked the stay. Perhaps it was stated in the listing, but it definitely surprised me afterwards. It’s steps to the beach, laundry is on site however it’s far enough to throw a laundry bag in the car and drive over. Can’t wait to book again and stay next time I’m in town!

Beautiful place. View was awesome. Beach just out the door and down the walkway to the beach. Would stay here again.

I am in awe with how wonderful our stay was! Our son became sick, and they allowed us to do a late checkout which helped tremendously! I can’t thank you enough! We will absolutely be back soon, hopefully in July!

We loved it! The place was clean, the beds were comfy, and you can't beat that view! The pool and beach were right there. Everything was great, we will definitely be back!

This is not a valid review because I have yet to stay at this property. There was a hurricane that week, and because I could not get a refund, the owner allowed me to reschedule my week. I am staying Sept. 9-15

We absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous condo! It is so clean and fresh inside. The king-sized bed is *extremely* comfortable. The kids loved using the bunk beds as well as the pull-out sofa. The bathroom situation was perfect--one shower but two toilets and sinks. Sitting on the porch and watching the ocean was amazing. Perfect for morning coffee or evening happy hour. The beach access and rinse-off station were extremely convenient. We sat at the pool as well and enjoyed the lounge chairs. We loved visiting the local restaurants just about four minutes down the road. If you are staying in Surf City, you need to stay at Kaili's condo!

We enjoyed our stay! We love coming off season and feeling like we almost have the entire beach to ourselves! Kim was a great host and we appreciate her place being pet friendly.

Perfect spot in Surf City. Beach was across the street & bar & quick mart were across the other street!

This condo has a great location! We were able to walk into town, but also far enough away that we weren't in the hubbub. It was truly wonderful. The furniture was comfortable, the bed was awesome and the kitchen was perfect for what we needed. Anna was super responsive and very helpful. This is the second time we have stayed in this condo (the first time was the height of the pandemic) and it has not disappointed either time. You won't be disappointed if you decide to stay here!

This place is wonderful. Very well laid out and perfect for my family of 3. It's a perfect location in Surf City, and it's so close to the beach! Everything about our stay was easy and we will be back.

Jamie and Jon we can’t thank you enough for our wonderful stay. The Aquarius has all you may think of especially for a fur baby which we brought along. Everything was in walking distance, we didn’t have to drive anywhere to eat or pick up anything we needed/wanted. The beach is steps away where I enjoyed the sunrise on more than one occasion. The Aquarius was very clean and spacious and a perfect getaway for my wife and I. I cannot thank you all enough for everything! This was my first time visiting Surf City and wouldn’t have wanted to spend it anywhere else other than where we were. Only complaint is we didn’t stay longer haha! :) thank you so much!

Our stay at Sherry’s place was really perfect. The decor was bright and clean! The kitchen was fully equipped. The bathroom and shower were nice and the bed very comfortable! Sitting on the porch and seeing the beautiful green ocean all the time is so soothing. We saw many sea birds including the visiting red throat loons which will be migrating soon. We saw dolphins every day. A quick walk to the beach and you see stunning sunrises. There is plenty to do during the day. The beach, Serenity Point, a walk over the bridge, Sound Side Park to see a beautiful sunset. We also were able to take day trips to Wilmington River Front, Airlie Gardens (a must) and Fort Fisher Aquarium. A tour of The Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue and Rehabilitation supports the wonderful work they do there which is near ad dear to my heart. Our days were busy but we looked forward to returning to the condo and having a glass of wine on the porch and an evening walk on the beach. We will unquestionably be coming

Fantastic beachfront location and view! The condo overall is very nice and has ample room, a great bathroom, kitchen and deck. The third floor view is spectacular and relaxing, with a great view of the sunrise over the beach. The place, even for a partial week, included linens, towels, toilet paper and paper towels. The location is literally steps to the beach, which super convenient with getting things out to the beach or taking a break to head back to the condo. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, though the condo could use more comfortable and functional seating in the living room and on the deck, and a restock/refresh of some kitchen items. Though none of these really took away from enjoying some time in Surf City.

Went to visit our son stationed at Camp Lejeune. Close to base but far enough away our son felt like it was a weekend away for him. He had his own space and was able to relax while we cooked homemade meals in the beautiful kitchen. Very friendly neighborhood and a nice peaceful location; but close enough to everything and multiple beaches. Carey was a courteous host to the point of letting us know condo was available earlier if we wanted to check in. Something that was extremely helpful since we did get into the area earlier. Plan on visiting our son many more times and would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in Sandra’s unit. Sandra was easy to communicate with and was always fast to respond. The unit was clean and spacious. Although not listed as handicap accessible my Mother had plenty of space to get around with her walker. We will check her unit availability again.

This stay was a peaceful getaway from the daily grind. We enjoyed many meals on the balcony, with the sound and view of the ocean. The location is great, we were able to walk down to Highwaters Bar and Grill the first night. There are several good restaurants and plenty of shopping available within walking distance, as well as the pier about a mile down the road. The surf is rough, the waves are bigger than the ones I'm used to in the Outer Banks and St. Augustine/Jacksonville. It made for a fun time, but just take note of that if you're used to calmer seas. Margaret was responsive when we got confused about the linens (they're in the tub out front), the home was clean, and there were many amenities. Overall, we had a great, relaxing time!

Ashley is an excellent hostess! Her details are spot on and she is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The condo was as she described and offered a great location with easy access to many shops, restaurants, and the beach while being more private and in a more quiet area. Highly recommend any property Ashley lists and highly recommend the condo!
