Great location and very big house. Will stay again

The house is beautiful, just as you can see in the photos. It is very comfortable, with spacious and super enjoyable environments. The heated outdoor pool is a plus that we loved. We spent some very nice days. Analía was always attentive to any questions or queries and was very easy to communicate.

The house is sensational, we had a perfect stay, the spaces of the house are very well thought out and authentic. We love the speakers scattered by the barbecue area and pool. The neighborhood is really beautiful. As it wasn't summer we couldn't use the pool, even with the heating it was still a bit cold. We were in 6 couples, 5 settled very well however the last couple ended up in the beds on the floor. In the most the experience was sensational, I would return to Punta to stay in the same house.

Anne, Everything was fabulous. Thank you. The idea was to be in the family in a relaxed and comfortable way at the same time. The house is spacious, bright, and spacious. It has what you need and more, to be 9 people with several bathrooms We really enjoyed the immense garden with the pool and the part of the roofed grill. I hope next year we can repeat. The stay was spectacular, a peaceful place to relax and have a good time. The only thing I would comment is that there is a very close back house, there was no noise or any inconvenience but in the photos it does not look good, after that the house is spectacular, super clean, spacious, it has everything you need, nothing bad to say and Magda was always available, a show. 10/10! Highly recommended.

We had a great stay. The property exceeded our expectations. It was a short walk to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely return!

Marcos was very attentive at all times, as was his sister when we retired. The house is just like the photos and really very comfortable to spend a few days with family and friends ! It was all clean, the comfortable beds, the pool and the background is most enjoyable!! I would really come back! The surroundings are very quiet and you have everything close!!

José's place is fantastic. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay in total comfort. The house has not lacked anything, it is super equipped even to be several days without having to move. The environment is super quiet and surrounded by greenery. The pool is spotless, well enjoyed. Not minor detail, place was very clean and well maintained. There are beautiful decor details throughout the space. 🙌🏻 José from the first moment managed the communication quickly, attentive to questions, with a lot of kindness and flexibility. ¡Thank you very much! Hibett was also attentive and order at all times. A huge thank you for her! The beach is very nice, quiet and ideal for the family and is located about 800 meters away. On the corner there is a super stocked warehouse, nothing is missing. We definitely recommend this place. We'll be back soon. We've discovered our new favorite destination. 😌❤️Thanks for having us

Excellent accommodation, we went on vacation to make the beach with friends and we had everything necessary. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The location is divine, in a very nice eastern tip area, close to the beach and with supermarkets and other amenities very close by. Isabella's service was great, at all times very friendly and attentive to everything, with a very quick response.

Very nice house. Everything super organized. The kitchen is complete with all utensils and appliances. There were bedding and towels, although it was not included in the listing. We recommend it!

10 points everything. The house is very nice with all the new furniture and new bedding. Everything was super clean. The surroundings are very nice, ideal for relaxation and beach. Pablo was excellent in every aspect, a fluid and clear communication. Highly recommended

The stay was very good. The location of the house is perfect, in a quiet area, one block from the beach (a couple of the descents). The beach is very familiar, spacious and with good waves to enjoy. The house is very comfortable for six people (even for more). Rooms and common areas are very spacious, the deck area and fabulous pool. Everything is very clean, and well fixed. The equipment is correct, it is fair but nothing was missing. Communication with Darwin was good, and there was flexibility in departure and entry times. One thing, that while it doesn't detract from the house, maybe they should be considered by travelers. The en-suite room (which is very good by the way), has no separation between the bathroom and bedroom (example, a door), if one wants complete privacy it can be an inconvenience. In short, a very nice, comfortable house, and very well located.

Rozanna was a fantastic host, super available before and during our stay. We has great check in experience with Martin, who also followed up continuously during our stay! They both accommodated every ask, including additional cleaning services and even a vacuum cleaner! The house is exactly like the pictures, very original and very easy to get used to. Ideal in both colder and colder warmer because you can manage the different openings. Plenty of space for children (and adults!) to run around. Location is very convenient, walkable to beach and shopping center. Ana just next to Late restaurant which is great. Thank you Rozanna and Martin!

I had been to the house before and I went back with my boyfriend because Sebastian was concerned about our stay at all times, he even picked us up at the bus stop. He also offered us a nice moment to share during the night. The house as always is very nice, quiet and comfortable. Thank you for providing a safe and quality space for gay people.

We had a spectacular family vacation! A very cute and spacious place for the 10 people we were. The hosts were always attentive to our questions and needs. I also think it would be good to clarify in the description of the house when the pool is to use and when not, when arriving it was not available to use and we had to wait 48 hours to use it. We would repeat the experience.

Beautiful stay in a place near everything. Minutes from La Barra and Manantiales where you can find beautiful beaches and activities. Also very close to José Ignacio where you can see the lighthouse and take advantage of its beaches. Super comfortable and functional place. Veronica was very nice and gave us all her attention during the stay.

The house is amazing. Huge backyard. Great outdoor space for asados/dinners/breakfast. beautiful landscaping. Well maintained. Guest house is great. Overall fantastic. Jean very responsive and attentive. You could not ask for a better host. The house is a great mid point for all beaches in Punta, but tucked away just enough to be quiet. 5 minutes by car to "downtown" La Barra.
