Living and sitting room with fireplace on the first level, then the bedroom and a semi opened bathroom with a lighted bath and shower. 5 storey luxury 175m2 16th Century townhouse in the heart of medieval Saint Paul de Vence, stunningly renovated with a seamless blend of historic authenticity and luxurious Provençal modernity, and situated overlooking the ramparts giving breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and the mountains. The 3 generously proportioned air-conditioned suites (each 35m2) with en-suite bathrooms sleep 6 guests, and the house has a beautiful open plan fully-equipped kitchen/dining room.

Valberg being my favorite resort, as a mother of 2 children, I bought this apartment to introduce my daughters to the pleasure of the mountain with nature sports in summer and skiing and sledding in winter. Lucky to have a pied-à-terre in this resort with family and ecological values, I make it available in the hope of making many families dream too. This apartment was completely renovated in 2019 and is regularly improved for maximum comfort.

Valberg: 4 beds in the heart of the resort

Situé au cœur de la station, ce studio se trouve à quelques mètres du front de neige et des commerces. Il dispose d’un canapé-lit 2 places et d’un lit superposé (le lit supérieur peut ne pas convenir aux jeunes enfants). Lave-vaisselle hors service (durée indéterminée). Local à skis à dispositions Ménage inclus. Linge de maison (draps / housse de couette et taies d'oreillers) et serviettes ne sont pas fournis

Chalet de la Mauna (Optional spa)

If the chalet is fully booked on your desired dates, you will also find the 'Chalet des Loups'. Nestled by the river, this chalet sleeps up to 4 people, providing a peaceful and enchanting setting for a refreshing and relaxing experience. In addition, as an optional extra, there is a private spa in a cave 50 metres from the chalet, open from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm: €130 for 2 people for 1.5 hours' access.
