The private house is accessible by a half-mile gravel road. The property provides a shallow beach (not sandy), private dock and canoe . There is a public access landing on the lake and hiking trails nearby. Lake-side there is a firepit, grill, and picnic table for barbecues and camp fires.

It is not recommended for sleeping guests in the winter time and is not equipped with a heat source.
