Un rêve de maison cycladique surplombant la mer

Bienvenue en Grèce, dans ma maison ! C’est une maison familiale, typiquement cycladique. Elle a appartenu à mes grand-parents et j’ai essayé d’en garder l’esprit, tout en l’adaptant aux exigences de la vie d’aujourd’hui . Une maison de village, accessible par un charmant escalier, elle est totalement protégée des bruits de la route. Exposée plein sud, (très important, car à l’abri du meltemi, vent du nord qui souffle en rafale tout l’été) , elle surplombe Klima, un pittoresque village de pêcheurs ( à 20mn à pied et 3mn en voiture) et toute la baie intérieure. Environnement très calme de grecs qui vivent là toute l’année et qu’il faut respecter. Des terrasses où prendre son petit déjeuner, et profiter des couchers du soleil incendiaires. A l’intérieur une première grande pièce commune, cuisine, salon avec un petit canapé, une salle de douche et WC, une belle chambre avec son « doulapi » (placard ) inclus dans le mur. Les plafonds sont restés traditionnels, poutres et kalami récemment blanchis à la chaux et dont la vertu est de protéger du bruit et de la chaleur, mais ni des moustiques, araignées et insectes qui peuvent nous rendre visite en dépit des soins constants apportés à la propreté de la maison ! Malgré tout, même si nous sommes tout près de la mer, nous sommes aussi dans la campagne grecque, celle des oliviers, des cyprès, et d’une flore typiquement cycladique; du chant des cigales et des grillons, la nuit tombée. Avec au loin, les clochettes des moutons et le braiment d’un âne. Ce qui rendra votre séjour dépaysant et je l'espère unique !

Aqua House 1

An open space beach house, of 60 s.m. for 5 people, with one double bed, 2 single beds and 1 big sofa, very stylish and comfortable. It is decorated with boho and cozy design styling combined with the Cycladic culture. The house has direct access to a sea view veranda, with a big dining table. It is situated on a small bay, with similar moon white rocks as Sarakiniko that form a secluded cove in front of the house, together with Aqua house 2 & 3. Welcome basket with local products offered.

Marilia's Traditional House

Our fully renovated 55 sq.m house, located in Triovasalos, has preserved its traditional style! It consists of one bedroom, a second space with a raised wooden double bed. It has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom and a private large terrace outside. Your stay at the property combines the tranquility of nature with easy access to the beaches, the surrounding villages and the capital of the island. There is free parking next to the house. We will be happy to be part of your vacation!

This is a fully renovated luxurious contemporary house of the 1840s, previously owned by nobles of the traditional settlement of Plaka. On the beach of Pachaina, between the sandy bay and the white rocky formations, Amfitriti house offers you comfort and calm for your summer holidays. Enjoy moments of relaxation, in the interior of the house, as well as the unique paved courtyard. The house is bright, spacious, ideal for families.

Matilda - Cycladic Apartment

Our Apartment was built respecting the Cycladic, traditional architecture and following minimal aesthetics. The apartment is suitable for 3 up to 4 persons! We are located in Triovasalos village, where the closest beaches are Fyropotamos, Plathiena and Sarakiniko. Plaka, the capital city of the island, is only 800m away. By foot you can also reach Tripiti village, the Ancient Roman Theatre, Catacombes and the fishing villages Klima and Mandrakia.

Villa Tasoula it's located 1km from Adamas downtown ,built with Cycladic architecture it is separated in two floors. Upstairs live my family,at the first floor we made 4 places for hosting. Two apartments and two studio. The Sunrise apartment 45 sq.m. fully equipped available for 3 person.there is not sea view but it is 150 meters from the beach of papikinou, ιdeal for relaxing and pleasant holidays !

Aelia House is located in one of the most picturesque places of Milos. Plaka village which is the capital of the island, is on a hill with overwhelming view of the Aegean sea. At the Castle which can be found on the top of the hill, people can take panoramic photos of Milos island. Plaka is a pure taste of Cycladic architecture and culture.

Our house is situated in Mandrakia,a little fishing village near the famous beach of Sarakiniko. It consists of one big room with a double bed and a well equipped kitchen,a bathroom and two verandas with sea view,one of the verandas with loungers.
