Apartment holiday rentals in Pere Marquette Township

The condo was very pretty and well laid out. Tried to communicate with the owner during our stay but got no response. There were fruit flies which were easily trapped. Storm destroyed the umbrella on the deck. No clear place to put our trash.

We really enjoyed this place! It is located very close to downtown making a lot of places walkable or just a short drive. Upon arrival it was clean and the instructions for check in and parking were easy to follow. The kitchen had a lot of amenities and included almost everything we needed. We also liked that the checkout process was simple! We would definitely stay here again.

Fred's place was absolutely fantastic. I had friends and family in from Florida and we had numerous activities to choose from. Restaurants are close by. I recommend The Paisley Pig Gastropub. Also, each night there was a fountain/light show within walking distance. Also, the sunset at the beach was beautiful. This was all on top of the beautiful place we stayed in. Finally, thank you very much Fred for helping out after we had checked out. You made it very easy for our party to come back and retrieve items that were very special.

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the location. Bruce was responsive and easy to work with.

Very nice place lots to do. Tons of good restaurants and bars to visit. Also the scooters were an added bonus

I had an absolutely amazing stay at James' place! The view of Portage Lake from the property was breathtaking, and the overall experience was top-notch. James and Lillian were exceptional hosts, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The attention to detail, the cozy atmosphere, and their warm hospitality truly made this trip unforgettable. I can't wait to return and enjoy another stay in this incredible Airbnb. Highly recommended!

It was a great stay! Really cool space in the heart of downtown town Ludington. Ryan was super friendly, responsive, and had great recommendations, including making sure we got seated at a restaurant he recommended. Would recommend!

Lovely one bedroom one bath apartment setting. Loved the private patio off our upstairs location with view of the lake. Pleasantly surprised to see “EO” supplied products in the bathroom shower (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) and hand soap. I love and use these products in my home. Open kitchen into the living room. Nice size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, small 2-burner electric stove top. I only used the cute little tea kettle. Nice comfy bed, we slept peacefully. Unfortunately we had an event 1/2 hr north and did not visit the town. We would definitely stay at the Dahlia House if in the area.

This is an adorable little home, very cute with an updated interior and super clean. It was spotless and just like a hotel - it had everything we needed (we welcomed having shampoo, paper towel, even coffee pods so we did not have to worry about it.) It is on a main & busy street and a bit loud during the day, but quiet after dark. There is a Mall, a Meijers and all kind of shopping all within a 5-10 min drive, and we really liked that. I was amazed how many restaurants they had in this area. Mindy is wonderful to work with and we appreciate her sharing her lovely home with us. Thanks Mindy!

Was only here for a night, but absolutely loved this place and plan to book again! Beautiful space with plenty of breathing room for everyone. Lots of natural light and easy walks to restaurants. The furniture was all SUPER comfortable, especially the beds! Host was prompt and responsive, and instructions were easy and informative. The stairs didn’t bother us, but they may be a bit much for others, especially the ones from the back entrance as they are kind of steep and there’s a decent amount of them. This would be the only “negative” thing I can think of, and again, was not that big of a deal for us particularly. Overall, can’t wait for our next GR adventure and hope to find this cool little spot available for it!

Luke's home in GR is a great find. it has recently been rehabbed in a retro building and is a close walk to great restaurants and event spaces.

Newly renovated apartment that is very clean and comfortable. Modern furnishings and well stocked kitchen. Easy to find location and walking distance to the waterfront. Convenient free parking both onsite or on the street out front. Enjoyed our stay in this lovely bright and airy apartment!

This was my second stay in this property this summer and it was as good as the first time. The location is perfect. Right on the trail system, close to the lake and easy access to downtown. Condo has anything and everything you need.

Great place. Sometimes a bit of noise above the bakery

-Easy to follow instructions to check in and fast response to messages. -Almost brand new 2 story condo with great view. -Complete list of kitchen and laundry amenities (new) -Wall mounted A/C units can be noisy, I wish they have screens on the patio door and windows so we may not need the air conditioners. -Easy to park. We enjoyed our 6 day stay in this beautiful place!

This was a great place for us. We were in West MI visiting family for the week and it worked perfectly for all that we wanted to do. Easy access to north and south highways, great downtown and restaurants and clean and comfortable accomodations! Stress free! Thank you!!

The condo was beautiful and very clean! It was super easy to find and get in/out of. There was plenty to do on the property and nearby!

We stayed over a week and it was very nice and peaceful. The condo was very clean and extremely cozy, felt like a home. The view off the balcony is great and Brad is an excellent host, always quick to answer any questions. I would definitely recommend it!

I would return in a heartbeat! This home was clean, well stocked, beautifully decorated, and we felt right at home. We had exactly what we needed for 3 nights for a small getaway. The community pool and hot tub were very nice as well. Can't wait to come back for another visit.

Nice spot to stay at. Wish the bed and pillows were comfier but I could have brought my own pillow.

Condo was perfect for our family of 4. Location was amazing short walking distance of several great restaurants and right on a great bike path that you could ride endlessly. The pool was added bonus for 2 kids and highly recommend boat rental place in Fruitport!

We’ve been coming up to Michigan from Southeast MO for 30 years and have always loved our stay in Harbor Village. The community is always a great place for families, beautiful marina and beach with lots to do at the condos’ amenities. This condo was great for us and our two kids, as well as my brother and sister-in-law to share. Loved the large kitchen table, big couch, and fully stocked kitchen! The condo itself was very clean! Phil was very responsive with any questions I had. We had ZERO issues whatsoever during our trip thanks to their great planning! Can’t wait to return!
