Monthly Rentals in Perfugas

Large single level home with everything needed. We were warmly welcomed by the host who was exceptionally friendly and on hand for any issues. The house is tidy and well equipped. For us though, the outdoor garden area was the highlight. It is beautifully landscaped and filled with fruit trees. In April the scent of the orange blossom was lovely. All in all a great stay - thank you.

Alessandro was very helpful, also responded immediately when I still needed something. It was all very straightforward and we felt very comfortable in the apartment. Unfortunately, we were only there for 3 days, we would have liked to have stayed longer. We highly recommend it.

Exceptional stay in a spotless space, consistent with the photos and description. This house has a lot of charm and is decorated with a lot of refinement. In addition, his host ,Gian Lucas , is particularly friendly and friendly and we were sensitive to the little touches upon arrival( wine , coffee pod, butter, milk... )as well as his sense of hospitality. Even though we had laguage barrier, host made us feel comfortable. They offered us very nice coffee when we arrived and shared small stories about the place. Subsequently, we were shown the property, which was very clean and cozy. Very rarely, property gets "home" title and this is one of them where you have limitless soap, shampoo, coffee, salt, sugar, coffee, tea, oil and other consumables. You will live in a farm, away from the Chiaramonti. Farm consists of pigs, sheep and chicken. To entertain, there were three little dogs which loved to be pet even when we returned at mid-night. They were awsome. So was one of the three cats. All of them frequented to our part of the house. Waking up to the sound of wind, sheep bells, birds and be surrounded by mountains was what we wanted. You will be well connected as the house is not more than a kilometer away from a main road. That said, the house may not be very close to places like Alghero (West) or Olbia(East) - an hour of driving needed.
