Close to the train station and the city center (10 min walk). Garage available for bikes. 20 m² studio equipped with reversible air conditioning, bed, connected TV, desk and folding table. Shower room with toilet. Access to the studio is via stairs (4 floors). The ceiling is 1.70 m at the lowest point. Sheets and towels are provided. Non-smoking accommodation, parties prohibited, maximum 2 people. Cleaning fee included.

The 12 × 6 swimming pool is secured by a solar shutter (increase in temperature from 4 to 5°). The pool is open from May to September. babyfoot, ping-pong, trampoline 4.30 m, portico, petanque. Ce logement est attenant à ma propriété, vous aurez un accès indépendant du mien. Vous pourrez profiter de la cour extérieure et du barbecue l'été. Je me tiendrai à votre disposition durant votre séjour en cas de nécessité. Je loue du dimanche soir au vendredi, si vous souhaitez prolonger les séjours en week-end n hésitez pas à me demander.
