Located in Perissa, Santorini, 5 minute walk to the beach, tavernas and bars. Car and Bike hire shops are close by and bus stops are a short walk. The studio has fully fitted kitchen, bathroom, shower, a/con for two persons. Use of sun lounges /parasols /plunge pool. Transfers from/to airport and ferry port can be arranged by the host by prior agreement. WiFi is available but can sometimes have poor reception, this is common on Santorini. This is one of two studios.
What guests are saying:“If you do not have an EU drivers license, you could not rent a car/ scooter unless you have an international drivers license/permit. The drivers license from North America or China can’t be used for these rentals. If you can’t rent a vehicle, then the location may be a bit far to get around in the island. Other than that, everything was good with the stay. The hosts are very friendly and attentive to our needs.”

What guests are saying:“We loved every aspect of the stay. It is located close (3 minutes walk) to a 24h Bakery, as well as a big discount supermarket. The bus stop is also a 3 minutes walk away. The famous black beach is also a 10 minutes walk away. Apartment wise, everything was working well, and the room was made up daily. The owner also has a cute little kitten which always greet us when we are leaving the apartment (seriously, it IS cute). Host was extremely responsive and assisted us in arranging our transfers. He also allowed us to deposit our baggage as we arrived too early (around 8am). He also gave local recommendations. We truly enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend this place to anyone.”

All fittings are new,New tiled floor,new bathroom fittings, new kitchen with a granite double sink, new oven, plenty of storage to put your baggage and belongings. There is also wi fi, a flat screen tv,hair dryer, coffee, tea, sheets towels and air conditioning. There is also a shared swimming pool at the hotel next door open from May to October the 7th

Nik is a really nice and considerate person and he had a lot of good advice about restaurants, nicest beaches to visit or where to rent a scooter. The apartment has everything you need. The interior looks beautiful, there is air conditioning. The neighborhood has a good atmosphere and it is really REALLY close to the beach and to lots of good restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay!”
