Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

The accommodation is ideally located in front of the cable cars (50 m) that lead to the ski resort of Ax 3 Domaines and the thermal establishment Le Teich. All amenities (restaurants, bakeries, shops) are within 50 m, as well as the market square, with its local producers (2 to 3 times a week depending on the season)... I fell in love with this little piece of heaven. Magical in winter with the snow covering the cottage, but also in summer. I wanted to offer my guests a more modern atmosphere while preserving the vintage and "natural" aspect of the mountain. You'll feel right at home very quickly. The snow in winter can be intense, but the cottage remains easily accessible (car equipment for snow, mandatory in winter: tire socks/chains/or snow tires🛞)
