Delightful family condominium of 8 units at the end of Praia da Enseada, one of the safest places in Guarujá. Our unit has 3 bedrooms, one of which is a double suite, living room, terrace, kitchen and service area. Apartment on the ground floor with excellent accessibility, without steps and with safety bars in the bathrooms. Private garage in front of the terrace with a pet friendly garden. Our garden facing the sea has the most beautiful sunset in all of Guarujá!
