You are surrounded by greenery but only ten minutes from the Asti-Est motorway exit. Located between Asti and Moncalvo, it is an ideal spot. Casa Verrua offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and a pay-per-use electric vehicle charging station. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by a mosquito control system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

Three bedrooms with queen beds, plus a baby bed. The apartment is completed by three full bathrooms with shower and access to the balconies.

In the hills of Monferrato (20 minutes from Asti) in a recently renovated house, there is a cozy independent three-room apartment where you can spend a pleasant stay in the countryside. There is a large porch and a garden; 2 e-bikes (for rent) and from May to September you can cool off in the Tankkd (with outdoor shower) A few minutes' drive away is the quaint town of Moncalvo, where the traditional Truffle Fair takes place every autumn.
