This spacious 120m² accommodation in the heart of downtown Perpignan is close to all sites and amenities. Duplex located on the second and third floor in a refurbished historical building. Next to an underground car park and 10 minutes walk from a surface car park at 2€ per day. 3 Bedrooms (including a master suite) air-conditioned, 2 beds of 160 cm and a bunk bed (2x90 cm), 2 bathrooms, a large bright living room and a superb kitchen. Great for a family or group of friends.

The apartment is on the seafront facing the bay of Collioure and the royal castle. The view is exceptional. It is at the foot of the beaches, shops, church and its famous bell tower. It is a typical and unique accommodation in the MOURÉ district of COLLIOURE in the heart of the historic center, in an old fisherman's house. The bedroom is more quiet on the back.
