This spacious 120m² accommodation in the heart of downtown Perpignan is close to all sites and amenities. Duplex located on the second and third floor in a refurbished historical building. Next to an underground car park and 10 minutes walk from a surface car park at 2€ per day. 3 Bedrooms (including a master suite) air-conditioned, 2 beds of 160 cm and a bunk bed (2x90 cm), 2 bathrooms, a large bright living room and a superb kitchen.
