Small functional apartment in a quiet area on the peninsula, Lyon 2. Easily accessible and central. Tram T1- T2 connecting to Perrache station (2 stops) connecting to metro A or SNCF station. Functional, living room with equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave combination oven, Nespresso), sleeping area overlooking Loggia. Very cocconing condo for single or couple visitors with a separate bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and very brandly new bathroom. It is close to little shops in a very quiet & dynamic environment (6th district), close to the Part Dieu mall & station, to the park Tete d'Or, the food market Les Halles Bocuse and downtown (all reachable via 10-15 min walk). You can easily visit the city by foot. Transportation (subway, tramway or bus) are very close by (5 min).

This unique home is close to all sights and amenities, making your stay a breeze. In a listed building from the 15th century, the accommodation overlooks the beautiful Place du Change, the rooms are on the courtyard and therefore quiet. Directly at the foot of the building, many restaurants and bars await you. All the tourist sights are close by (historic center, Croix Rousse, Quai de Saône and vaporetto, Place Bellecour, Fourvière, Gallo-Roman theater...)

Tourist accomodation awarded 3 stars. Comfortable fully renovated two-bedroom appartment in a calm residential area. Ground floor facing a charming interior courtyard. Two bedrooms each with a double bed and a single bed in one of the bedrooms. Large living room with an open kitchen. True airbnb spirit. This is our home, but we rent it while we are away. PLEASE NOTE: Cleaning fee (including bed sheets and towels) 50 EUR to be paid upon arrival in cash.
