Welcome to our home, you're at home! Charming 67 m2 apartment, bright, on the 8th floor in an extremely quiet residence. Triple exposure, stunning views of the Basilica of Fourvière and the Monts du Lyonnais. Opposite the Gallo-Roman Theatre, 2-minute walk to the Fourvière funicular, 10-minute walk to the Saint Jean district (historic center). Very easy to park for free, max 400 m from the apartment, spaces always available. In summer the apartment is cool and airy.

Lovely little flat in the heart of Saint-Louis district. Located on the ground floor (no stairs), and in the courtyard (very quiet, no street noise). A lot of commodities are surrounding the flat (bakery, butcher, supermarket, little market 3 days a week, grocery....) and there are plenty of nice restaurants all around. The flat is 5 min walk from the Subway (Métro Saxe-Gambetta), and 10 ' walk from the Parc Blandan (garden) and also 10' walk from the riverside.
