The accommodation includes on the ground floor a fitted and equipped kitchen, open to the living and dining room, a laundry room and a toilet as well as a terrace with garden furniture. Upstairs, two bedrooms and a shower room with toilet.

Fishing, swimming and water activities are possible at Lake Guerlédan, located 10 minutes away by car. Towels and sheets are provided free of charge: the beds are ready for guests' arrival. No cleaning fee unless the house is not left clean. Heat pump heating.

The refuge

By car you are 12 km from Mûr de Bretagne, 30 km from Pontivy and 55 km from Saint Brieuc.
