Holiday rentals with a patio in Perry County

Place was peaceful and had great views. Exactly what we were looking for

my friends and i had a great stay, David was very responsive to any questions we had. our doggies loved the big yard to sniff around. the hot tub was very relaxing and spacious. i would recommend to make sure you have directions saved to the house because we didn’t have signal for 10 miles to the house. luckily there was wifi to help us navigate home before we left.

5 stars! The cabin was cozy, spotless, and so peaceful—exactly what we needed. Total privacy and a super relaxing vibe. The host was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Host provided everything we could possibly need for us and our pup. We really felt welcome and comfortable. We cannot wait to come back. Highly recommend!

The place is very clean and quiet perfect for a silent getaway. Not much around but the views make up for it. Me and wife will be returning when we need a little relaxing vacation.

We were so happy with our stay! It is an extremely dog friendly place and our pup (husky/staffordshire mix) had such a blast! There's plenty of things to do nearby if you feel like leaving, but really this place is just a cozy and fun home in the woods. We had such a wonderful time and will absolutely book again! We couldnt believe the price for how wonderful of an area and the property itself. Book now, you won't regret it!

Wonderful time and experience. Even though its off a state highway, the property is far enough back that you dont see or hear the road. Neighbors are within sight but very far away through trees. It was nice a secluded for us. Beautiful scene to wake up to and eat breakfast on the deck. Lots of space to enjoy and play games outside. Plenty of room as well. Plenty of beds and rules are clearly outlined and reminded. A lot of tools and things to use within the house so we didn't need much for cooking and grilling. Only issue is the backyard is to a downward slant so any games needing flat ground like cornhole, its a bit rough to find but interesting. Our Host was excellent in letting us know if we needed anything. Keeping us involved. He kept us updated on the local flooding so we knew what we were to expect. He also let us know he had to come over for some work on the property. Didnt bother us but just let us know he was there. Great experience, would definitely come back.

Absolutely LOVED our stay! 10/10 highly recommend to all. Do not pass this place up. It is peaceful and private, but not too far from town (less than 10 minutes) Karen and Ron have went above and beyond with the inside of the home. Everything is labeled and very easy to navigate. Karen met us to give us a quick tour upon check in and was super responsive through our stay. The pool is amazing and worth the price alone. There are games and stuffed animals for the kids and tons of water toys and floats. Next time all we will need to bring is our swimwear! There are bathroom toiletries, kitchen utensils, many coffee options, endless towels, etc. These hosts are top tier! We will be coming back for sure!

Great place to stay! We spent the days at Interlake State Recreation area (25 minutes away) and spent the evenings here. Host was friendly and the house was clean! No issues with our trip

Rounded up my family from a few different states to meet up and go to the local waterpark, which ended up being closed for the weekend, but there was enough to do at the house to keep the little ones busy for a few days.
