Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Perth County

Our family had a fabulous stay at the Birmingham House. We had our 2- and 4-year old grandchildren there, along with other family members, and everyone had a great time with all the games that were provided, along with the pool table and air hockey. The home is very well organized for family stays, and the location is perfect. There are very nice amenities provided, like bathrobes and soaps/shampoos in every bathroom. It is all very well thought out for making the visit as easy and comfortable as possible. It only took 5 minutes to get to the Stratford performance spaces, for walks along the river, or to explore the lovely downtown area. With a park and play structures in easy walking distance, it was easy to get the kids outside for outdoor fun. Pardeep is a helpful and responsive host. We will certainly be happy to have another stay at Birmingham House when we next come to Stratford for another family visit.

Therese and Jim were awesome hosts and their property was amazing. Everything was as expected and our time there was awesome. Highly recommend this for any large group.

The place was peaceful, quiet and beautiful. The hot tub was very relaxing. We had fun playing pool and hanging out reading by the fire place. Highly recommend visitng the spa next door and there are walking trails nearby as well. The only thing that would make it better is a later check out time! Would love to visit again in the future.

We had a fabulous stay at Tanya's! It was comfortable, it was clean, it was very serviceable for our group. Tanya was very responsive to any communication, getting back to me quickly and with answers to any question I had. Highly recommend this location and this host!

The Yellow Door Farm was as peaceful as it gets! Anne really has done an absolute amazing job at making the farmhouse cozy and provides a space that feels like home. We loved how well stocked everything was. Really enjoyed the chickens in the yard , the fresh eggs and the kittens! For a couple days we all felt like family. There’s really nothing like the farmhouse in the sense of you just feel so at home. We are so lucky to have spent the time to make the memories we did there.

We absolutely loved our stay at Erica’s. We loved it so much we booked a second night. The place is pristine and spotless and well appointed. The outdoor space was comfortable and private. The location is walkable to downtown and in a quiet neighborhood. We are already planning our next visit.

Nice B&B. A very quick walk to the river and then into downtown Stratford. Hosts were very nice and personable. Breakfast was great. House and room were clean and comfortable. Would stay there again! One note: the listing says 2 bedrooms and 2 queen beds. The house does indeed have 2 bedrooms that it rents out, each with one bed. What you are booking here, however, is just one bedroom with one bed. You will then share the bathroom with whomever books the other bedroom.

We had a very relaxing stay. The back deck and hot tub are a great addition to this space. Loved all the trees and birds in this quiet neighbourhood. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals. Darlene was very quick to respond to our messages. We would definitely stay here again.
