Bus and Train within 5 minute walk, beautiful Swan River 5 minute bicycle path immediately out front of house which provides direct access to river, Perth CBD, which is a max 20 min ride away. An additional room may be available at extra cost, TV and wireless broadband available free of charge. Pool (heated in summer) and separate spa.
