Il nostro luminoso monolocale si trova al terzo piano di una piccola palazzina (senza ascensore!) in una stradina tranquilla del centro a due passi dal Minimetrò e da tutti i principali punti di interesse. La casa è piccola ma abbiamo cercato di renderla il più accogliente possibile e di arredarla con semplicità e con cura. stunning top floor flat within city center's heart

Really nice top floor studio-flat behind the Town Hall and the Fontana Maggiore the main city center' square. The flat is in the most sacred old town'street, on the 4th floor of a medioeval building with no lift. It has an independent kitchen, mosaic bathroom and a nice terrace with a gorgeous view to eat and get tanned! The flat has just been renovated with wodden floor, new beds and fully equipped kitchen, wi-fi and TV. Towels and bed linen are included! Have a nice staying!

For the lazy ones, a lift and the escalators to the "corso" are at 100 m walking distance. A good internet connection and a study room make it suitable for home office working sessions as well. La stazione Fontivegge ed il terminal bus distano invece 10’ a piedi dall’alloggio o 3’ tramite autobus.
