Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Perugia

Antonio is a very nice host who always takes care of the house and his guests. The 4 apartments were very good and also convenient for our group vacation. Parking is more than enough on the property as cars are also mandatory to get to the house. Furthermore, the pool is very good and also very large. Enough space to have fun. Antonio came several times to clean the pool, which was very good. Other shade options such as umbrellas or another pavilion would be good, otherwise you have to take them with you beforehand.

Do you need to take your head off the hectic life and need relaxation? Alessandro's alloiggio is for you, a small house surrounded by greenery with a breathtaking landscape, the only noises you will hear will be those of the nature that surrounds you, Alessando was an exceptional, friendly host who made us feel right at home. We left a piece of our hearts…

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

Daiana helped us out with a last minute booking and was extremely responsive throughout the process!

A small and beautiful corner of paradise immersed in the Umbrian countryside. Rina and her son were super welcoming and available to provide us with all the comforts possible during the stay. In addition, the apartment is a gem, tastefully furnished and in a strategic position to tour the towns around such as Spoleto, Gubbio, Todi, Assisi, etc. thanks again to Rina and her family for this stay.

The stay "Casa Elisa" was better than we expected. It is a large house with even a basement with sauna. The pool in the garden (with outdoor shower and toilet) and the house itself were sparkling clean. There was no dust or cobweb to be discovered (not even behind a closet that we moved to be able to reach an outlet). The view from the balcony was breathtaking and the surroundings were fantastic. You are so in towns such as Siena, Arezzo, Perugia and there is also a large lake nearby where we rented a boat for a day (recommended). In short, we can recommend everyone to book with Lorenzo. The communication with Lorenzo was also excellent, easy to reach via app and speaks good English. His father comes to check and clean the pool every day and his mother's day baked a delicious cake very sweetly.

My stay at Giacomo’s place was absolutely fantastic! The space was impeccably clean, stylishly designed, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Giacomo was an exceptional host—kind, responsive, and always ready to assist with helpful recommendations for the local area. I truly felt at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches that made my stay unforgettable. I would highly recommend Giacomo’s place to anyone visiting the area and would love to return in the future!

We had a great time at Alessandra’s place. The view from the hill is amazing. We spent most of the time relaxing and reading books in the garden. It is a peaceful environment. Highly recommends to anyone who needs some time off from their work to come and relax here.

So good place to relax in quite and beautiful place. Location and views are amazing. You can reach nice place by car pretty easy. Hosts are very hospital and friendly.

Agnese is a kind, helpful, reassuring person and is committed to solve whatever problems arise. The place is very nice not far from the center of Assisi nestled in a large green space that our dog liked very much and where we could leave it free since it is all fenced. The portion of the farmhouse we used has been wisely renovated recalling the original atmosphere that is also preserved throughout the property. The structure is also available in winter because there are cast iron radiators that heat the house very well. We had a really good time and if we were to return to Assisi it is the place where we would like to stay.

Paola and his apartment were above and beyond our expectations. I’ve never been warmly greeted by a rental host before. Apartment was comfortable and very clean. Views from the terrace were breathtaking. Spello was my family’s favorite town in Italy. I could not recommend this location or host more. Thank you for a wonderful stay Paolo!

Wonderful experience for the accommodation, the area and the weather. The house is equipped with all amenities and allowed us an impeccable stay. The access instructions were clear and we immediately found the place and the entrance. Giuseppina and her son Maurizio were friendly and very helpful. Giuseppina also allowed us to give her a little help in a typical activity of the area during this time. Unforgettable memory 🫒🫒

Beautiful and clean place. I just recommend it since we had a good weekend with so much activities (volleyball, football…) . I’m thankful for it and maybe next year again:)

Beautiful villa with a breathtaking view of the valley. Quiet and comfortable even during business days, beautiful large garden and easily usable with magnificent plants! Contacts with the owners have always been very quick and courteous, ready to meet any questions or needs. Great vacation!

beautiful place for a relaxing vacation or adventure. Being a refuge you have to adapt but it is worth thinking considering the excellent value for money.

This is a lovely place to relax and unwind. It is very peaceful and the garden, swimming pool and outside sitting areas - including a very nice pergola for eating outside - are beautifully kept. The house is comfortable with a good kitchen for cooking. Valentina and her parents are lovely - very welcoming and helpful. Communication is very good. For example, when we had a spell of bad weather, Valentina immediately messaged us with details about the heating and an invitation to use the open fire. Very highly recommended.

We spent New Year's Eve in this B&B located in a stunning location and the host Marco was very kind, an exquisite person. A lovely, clean and well-stocked B&B; perfect for escaping from the city, silence and nature dominate here.

A charming quiet place surrounded by nature. Suitable for those like us who need to get away from daily stress. A clean, tidy environment inside with care x every detail of the house. Outside with a manicured garden on every corner and in the pool. Mr. Giorgio, very friendly and helpful, made us feel at home. We spent a week in total peace. I highly recommend it

The jacuzzi under the stars was something magical! A perfect place to get away from the chaos of the city and do some detox. Todi is very close, with super restaurants. The fireplace makes the atmosphere super welcoming. I also brought my dog and she was so happy! Elisabetta, the host, was super available for anything. Would love to come back, everything is really beautiful! Thank you!!

Staying in the refuge was very pleasant, the hosts are really thoughtful and welcoming and the refuge is very well maintained as well as being a great starting point for hiking in the surrounding nature. I was just passing through this time, but I'll try to come back with more time. Thanks and we hope to see you again soon!
