The flat on the first floor, which has a separate entrance, a kitchen/dining/living area, a terrace, a double bedroom and a bathroom, is available for rent. 180-degree lake view, with swimming pool and outdoor green space. The swimming pool is not open to the public and is shared with the Property. The spa and relaxation area can be used on request and for a fee. Botanica

Botanica is a protected historic farmhouse from the 1700s. It is located on the Hortus Artis urban farm, in the city but surrounded by greenery, very close to all services; 7 km from the historic center of Perugia, 2 km from the Silvestrini railway station, 4 km from the Minimetrò, adjacent to the cycle path leading to Lake Trasimeno, which is 18 km away. 4 bedrooms, sleeps 8, garden, swimming pool, private parking and outdoor wood-burning oven. Possibility to buy extra virgin olive oil, organic vegetables and get to know the horses.

On top of a hill of centuries-old olive trees on the southern shore of the Trasimeno stands LA BADIA DI S.ARCANGELO. In this unique and precious place is the apartment "Il Convento" which will welcome you with its warm atmosphere and a welcome gift with local products. It can accommodate up to 5 people and consists of a dining kitchen, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a special bathroom created in what used to be the bell tower of the Abbey.

We have 4 apartments of this type on first floor and on two levels with two bedrooms (one double and a single bedroom. The single bedroom is in the attic and has no door it overlooks the living room), living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower. The farmhouse enjoys a 360° view of the Umbrian and Tuscan hills and has a garden and shared swimming pool in summer, lounge and playground. This typology can NOT be booked with CHILDREN UNDER 12 or babies and is for max 3 people.

Enjoy a stylish vacation at this centrally-located place and very close to the station and the mini-meter that will take you directly to the historic center. The 26 penthouse is a special space created to be completely independent and luxury. Magical the atmospheres created with the bioclimatic pergola that covers part of the 100 sqm terrace that overlooks the center of the city. PS: from November to March inclusive, the hot tub cannot be used due to the cold temperatures.

This is the country house where our family takes a break. You will find here all the tranquility and silence you need to rest and recharge your energies. The house is called "La Vedetta” (the Lookout) because it was used as a lookout tower during the Second World War. You can enjoy a 360 'view of the surrounding mountains (Mount Tezio, Mount Acuto, the hermitage of Montecorona). From here you can quickly reach all the places of interest in Umbria and Tuscany

"IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.
