The apartment I rent is on the ground floor of my family home, but is completely independent of it, it has a truly unique and particular charm, with an ancient flavor, you will find yourself in a completely unique, stimulating and relaxing environment, full of the magnificent colors and smells of the nature reserve and the grandeur of the castle

Warm and cozy apartment, enriched by a nice fireplace and a relaxing view of the snowy landscape. The mountain atmosphere is enhanced by the wooden ceiling and the typical furnishings and ornaments. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people (mat bed +sofa mat) and is suitable for both couples and families. Kitchen is complete with cutlery and dishes. Heating is self-contained. The center of Pescocostanzo is easily reachable on foot while the slopes are only a few minute's drive away.

Located in the upper part of the historic center, the accommodation is a former stable, finely renovated with a unique architecture in its style. The ancient structure is mainly made of stone and has several terracotta vaults which help to make the environment enchanting, warm and welcoming for an unforgettable holiday.

Your room will be inside the Agricasa Caprafico, the historic house inhabited by our family since 1924. You will have a double bed with the possibility of adding another single bed. Private bathroom and kitchen. On request there is the possibility of adding breakfast and a delicious dinner prepared by my mother Ivana based on typical local products and our production!
