Apartment holiday rentals in Pescocostanzo

Had a great stay in this apartment. We had everything we needed. The washing machine was a god send as were the air conditioners. Lovely local hosts. A tiny negative was having to find parking on the street which was only difficult a couple of times. I would definitely recommend.

The hospitality was great, like staying at home. Clean accommodation, reflects the photos of the listing, quiet area and close to the university, the stadium and the sea. We recommend everyone to stay at this Airbnb.

This super cute and comfortable loft in the center of Lanciano boasts amazing views and unbeatable convenience. But what truly made our stay exceptional were the incredible hosts. They treated us like family, even surprising us with champagne and local pastries! The loft itself is charming and cozy, making it the perfect home base. We wholeheartedly recommend this gem to everyone visiting Lanciano!

Pio's b&b experience was perfect from start to finish. Pio greeted us when we arrived and was always responsive to messages. He gave us very kindly (which is very rare) to postpone the check-out after lunch, which is very appreciated. Recommended for everyone, rustic house impeccably renovated and really a nice nest for a quiet weekend between Molise and Lower Abruzzo. I hope to be back soon

Lella’s place was a perfect solution for our group of four, with two medium dogs and a little baby. The villino I’m not huge but there was enough space for everyone and it was really well equipped. We loved the secluded garden for the dogs and the easy parking on the road. If visiting Pescasseroli again we will definitely be back! Grazie Signora Lella ♥️

Our 3rd stay at Mark's place and always a pleasure! Flight was very delayed resulting in a late night check in, yet he was very willing to wait to meet and greet. Parking very easily walkable from the central parking. Casoli is a safe and friendly place to spend time!

It’s amazing place with all I need. Near the beach Prefect location and supermarket. The apartment is very clean and comfortable for me. Nicola is a very nice person friendly and helpful guy. Thank you for all and I hope to see you again soon ☺️♥️

The hosts were able to welcome us spontaneously when we had to change the apartment. They were very helpful and support us with lots of tips for things to do. The house is really beautiful, about 10 min from Chieti alto and 15 min from Francavilla. This is how you have mountains and beach. A good mix. We felt very comfortable.

Anca is by far the best host on Airbnb. Our third time at her house and we always feel more than welcome. She is kind and considerate and the house is always pristine and cozy!

Booked in a hurry due to special personal circumstances, Valentina's place was a great solution for your stay in Pescara. Very helpful host, perfect location in the center with amenities and supermarket in the extreme vicinity (all easily accessible on foot). In the apartment we found all the comforts (thanks to the wifi we were also able to work comfortably in smart-working): in short, we felt at home.

Our stay at il Gufo Azzurro was great! The apartment was comfortable and had absolutely EVERYTHING one might need, including plenty of welcome gifts to get started (plenty for many breakfasts and also a dinner!). Such a convenient location - so close to the Centro Storico to walk to everything in town, but with a garage for our rental car for our adventures further afield. Lovely view over the town from the balcony. Some street noise on the balcony, but hardly noticed any noise when inside. Franca and Nello were very quick to respond with any questions we had, as well as for arranging check-in. We'll stay here again!

We had a great time in Pescara and at cinzia's place. well located in a great area, close to the beach and pedestrian walking streets. the place was clean, quiet and accessible. we were 5 staying, 3 kids under 12, and it was perfect for us as a family. We look forward to a time where we can come in summer and enjoy the beach more.

Francesca was very helpful from beginning to end, the apartment was very clean and in a quiet street, considering you are in the centre of Pescara. Always hot water available, air con was very efficient, no problems with any appliances and had everything you needed. My only complaint would be that the pillows were very firm for me, but no other complaints at all. We would definitely return and contact Francesca for a softer pillow (we only stayed 4 nights)

Nice and cozy apartment, furnished with style and equipped with all comforts. The location is also not bad, just a few minutes from the center of Pescocostanzo with a beautiful view of the Abruzzo mountains. Highly recommended.

Lovely host, most supportive, communicative and also very warm as person. Spacy apartments with all facilities. Great views and quiet neigbourhood complete the great package, Perfect for anyone who does not mind driving a bit to the beach resorts etc 🙂

Ludovico is a wonderful, courteous, more helpful and friendly host. He followed us from the beginning to the end of our stay. The place is beautiful, exactly as described, a historic home, with typical and elegant furnishings. We felt like princes. We will definitely return to this accommodation, which in addition to being so beautiful and special is close to natural and historical places. Perfect house and in a great location for skiing. The only drawbacks are the extra money for cleaning, in my opinion a little excessive and the lack of night activities for young people. In addition, the check-in time has been changed several times and we only had the final check-in time once we arrived at the hotel. However, the cleaning lady was quite responsive and easy to contact
