An apartment on the second floor of a villa at an altitude of 1,500 meters with a splendid view of the Dolomites, which has been declared a World Heritage Site. Large apartment suitable for large groups of up to 11 people. For smaller groups of 1 to 4 people, I offer two rooms with facilities: kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The house is located on the road that leads to the Venice refuge, where there is the only access to the summit of Mount Pelmo at 3168 m. From here, on clear days, you can see the Venice lagoon.

Located less than half an hour from Alleghe, Falcade, Canale d'Agordo and less than an hour from Arabba and the summit of Marmolada, this place is for you if you want to experience and explore the mountain in 360 degrees. For a family holiday or with friends with the possibility to accommodate 6 people. We are located on the second top floor (no lift). Our apartment has the most amazing views of the mountains and Pescul village...you can snuggle in bed in the morning and check if the lift is open before hitting the slopes!!

It is surrounded by amazing scenery and hiking right from the front door. It is well positioned for the famous Dolomite Super Ski area, offering hundreds of kilometres of skiing.

My place is close to a forest. It is located on a lawn at the foot of Mount Verdal. Isolated from the center of the village, this chalet offers you relaxation, contact with nature, a breathtaking view and the privacy you need to break away from the usual routine... A paradise... My place is good for couples and solo adventurers.
