Exterior has a wraparound deck, outdoor seating, a fire pit, hot tub and play structure. 15 min walk to the beach. 1.5 blocks to pier overlooking the shores of Lake Winnipeg. Close to the town of Winnipeg Beach with several restaurants and stores.

Great place for relaxing, fishing ,hunting

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Lots of room inside and out to enjoy this hidden gem. Located on Netley Creek in Petersfield with a private beach to enjoy all the outdoors and if the weather is not perfect enjoy the pool table, shuffle board and dart board inside. Ample parking. Boat dockage available with a local boat launch And if you are into hunting or fishing the marsh is only a short boat ride away. The house is set up as a duplex and we live in the other side.

An artistic, loft-style cottage perfectly located beside world class fishing on Lake Winnipeg at beautiful Sunset Beach! 3 minutes to ice/beach access - sled from the driveway, room for trailer parking!
