Es liegt in einer ruhigen Dorfsiedlung (kaum Verkehr, da Sackgasse) in Brandenburg mit guter Infrastruktur und mit sehr guter Anbindung nach Berlin. Auf unserem Grundstück haben Enten, Hühner, eine Katze und Meerschweinchen ein Zuhause. Da der Stall direkt ans Ferienhaus angrenzt, solltet ihr den Kontakt mit Tieren genießen können & wollen. Sandkasten und Garten können frei benutzt werden.

Vacation on the small Stienitz lake

The vacation rental is located on the 1st floor of our two-family house. We live in the lower apartment and have a large garden which can be used in summer by arrangement for relaxing and barbecuing. Our 5 hens usually deliver so many eggs that we would be happy to give some away. The view to the north overlooks the small Stienitzsee. Not far from our garden is a public swimming area on the small Stienitzsee on Seestrasse.

You will find everything that you need for a comfortable stay: A filter coffee machine, Induction stove, pots and pans, ladels, microwave oven. The place has a good heating system. Beddings and towels are provided for. Please note that smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.
